This is my third ebike and by far the most impressive. My first ride on it scared the hell out of me because I was not ready for the power it has. The motor has enough torque to lift the front wheel off the ground when starting out if you are not careful. The ride would be the same as a motorcycle if not for its lightweight. Even so it is a very comfortable ride, not at all like a bicycle although it is. The triple tree construction of the front end makes it the most stable and easy to control bike I've ever ridden. It's about as close to riding a motorcycle without spending a lot more money and getting a real motorcycle. I doubt you can find more ebike for the same money. ... show more

Cheap Bike, False Claims – Stay Away This bike is cheaply built and completely not worth the money. The tires are unstable, the ride feels unsafe, and the overall construction is poor quality. It’s advertised to have a 50–70 mile range, but that’s a lie. In reality, it barely gives you 15 to 20 miles, and the battery dies in 30 to 45 minutes max — even on flat ground. The motor is weak and underpowered, with almost no torque or climbing ability. This product is all hype and no performance. Don't waste your money. Don't buy it. You’ll regret it ... show more

I've been having a blast on this. My mom and I tried to put it together and did ok but we had trouble with the one tire and break so had to get help from my sister's husband. It slips gears sometimes and the assist is basically all or nothing. I was hoping for more a bike that I could pedal with some assistance and take off road. This is more commute you to work without any pedaling and take your off road too. I still love it. I've had a great time on it. The customer service is by email but it's top notch. I was sent links to videos that really helped me out as well. It really does have some speed to it and it's comfortable to ride. I had some issues keeping the tires inflated at first but I sealed them and haven't had any issues since. It would be 5 stars except for the strange slippery transmission on occasion. It's not often and it's never when on pavement just going up and down hilly dirt roads. ... show more

NOT a 1500watt motor. Do not let them lie to you. This bike will arrive with a 750watt motor. NO where on this listing will it say that. FALSE ADVERTISING to the MAX.
