Feel like a Kid Again! I put this bike together myself. It was somewhat difficult but went together smoothly and all tools were included. And felt strong and safe once assembled. I had a few issues with the battery getting it seated properly on the bike. But my husband was able to figure it out. Overall for the price and value I’m really enjoying the bike. It’s FAST! So be aware… I had to get used to that. But battery life appears good. As I live in a very steep hilly area and it’s holding up! Have Fun!

Absolute WORST Customer Service! I bought 2 this past November for my son's for Xmas. One of them needs a electrical cable replace, keep in mind I bought the additional insurance through Amazon. As soon as I try to start a claim Amazon said it was still under MANUFACTOR WARRANTY. So AFTER multiple emails and calling ALL Ive got was were sorry to hear this call our after sales number which happen to only ever play music NO prompts! So after 3 weeks still at square 1 and NO ANSWERS.

Man this E-bike is amazing 🤩 fast quiet and compact... added run flats in tires for sticks stickers etc but painted it and use for hunting.... easy in and easy out..... as long its NO rain or mud lol 😂 won't drive it in water 💧 but great when it's dry out.... so far it all seems reliable and great 👍 gonna get extra battery and have it ready... can go miles in and out.. zero effort... I'm 55 and 100% disabled and walking kills me now I can enjoy the woods again... thanks

Seemed like a pretty good bike a first, when everything is working right. I had to tighten everything down, which is to be expected, there was no nuts holding the seat in place, or only 2 of 6. Gears/chain keeps slipping off when at 7 speed. Crooked front tire fender with bent metal hook. And to top everything off, my back tire went flat today Also, like another person has mentioned, do not connect your back/brake light, it flashes red and blue which is illegal here in the US. A solid/flashing red light would've worked fine

Got this bike for my 12 year old. Very sturdy, excellent battery life. Only suggestion would be to check and tighten all bolts of the pre-assembled parts. The nuts came off the screws for the seat so had to get new nuts, but all in all it’s a great bike for the price and my son has been on it everyday.

Do not buy this bike!!!! It’s awesome until it breaks after a few months. On our 3rd motor replacement and it failed again. A 2-month wait for another motor replacement now. They will not exchange or refund, company is a joke. Don’t waste your money!!!!
