I've had this ebike over a month, the ebike is great. The power is amazing, don't make the mistake I did. My first ebike has a 500w motor. I weight 230lbs and the battery exhaust itself pretty quickly. But, this Sasikebikes ebike does the job, I intend on having an additional battery installed to go further. But nothing is perfect, I wanted to put a suspension seat post on and none will fit. I've recently learned that the seatpost size is 31.4 mm, the they (ebike companies stopped using this size. They only have 31.6, 31.9 so I'm disappointed about that truthfully if I'd known this I would have bought a different ebike. The company should tell buyers. I am blown away by the power. This is my first electric bike and it has some torch. I was hesitant to buy because I am 260 lbs. At that weight, I thought the battery will drain in minutes. Yet, after assembly, I rode the bike 16 miles for 1 hour on some hilly Corona, CA hills. Only one bar disappeared. Only one and that was when I was almost home. The assembly was easy: get your favorite 15 mm wrench, allen wrenches, and socket wrench. They give you some tools but nothing beats your own. For the ride, it was super comfortable. I hit every bump and uneven pavement and didn’t feel anything. With pedal assist and all the hills, I only had to use pedal assist 3. I never went over. I am very happy with the buy. ... show more

I have put 500 miles on this bike and here's the skinny. I really like the bike it does have a few cons but this bike has proven to be everything I was expecting and looking for. The smaller 24-in x 3 inch Wheels still give you a bigger riding platform but not like the crazy 26-in tires. Plenty of power, the battery does hold the range as advertised as long as you ride accordingly. You can't use the throttle all the time and then complain you got 16 MI. I am getting over 40 miles per charge using pas 2 and 3 and pedaling also. Here are the things that you might want to know but are not deal breakers. The bike does not go 30 plus miles per hour I've had mine up to 27mph on a fresh charge and it will cruise at 24-25 mph no problem with throttle only. Breaking news that is plenty fast. Also the speedometer is not accurate it's about two to four mph off (reads faster than real speed). when riding I use a GPS app so it hasn't been that much of a big deal for me. For the price point has some neat features like included fenders, heavy duty rear rack,brake lights, cruise control and also a walk function. Bikes in this price range sometimes don't have those things. Like most people do to get settled in their bike s I have customized it a little bit I've put a bigger more padded seat . I've also raised The handlebar so I'm more upright even though this bike is pretty upright on its own just a preference. Final verdict I would recommend this bike knowing the things I had mentioned I love it and ride it so much people are impressed with the price point and how solid and well made and all the features. Would like to add even though they have no phone number, when I contacted the seller through their email they did a very good job responding timely and I did not feel like I was left out there hanging. How do I get customer support to fix or replace the digital display? It’s still under warranty and the display just shows zero or an error code E01-00. Followed the reset instructions - still nothing and is under warranty

More like 50 % assembled. It takes 3 to 5 hours to put together. The range is low. The bike is OK but the claims are not accurate, however it does go 30 MPH. No turn signals.

i like the bike appears to be well made the only complaint is the washer and nut placement while putting on front tire,the order is clear but had to try different methods ,does it face in or outward ,maybe its me but seems to work fine...i got the storage tote from lowes was easy to mount looking for a different color lid,hate yellow.... ... show more
