I was happy with my purchase initially. Build quality seemed good. Instructions for assembly were clear and all tools provided. Test drove it- great fun, everything worked. I was impressed. A few days later, the throttle became "stuck" on full blast. To be clear, the throttle moves freely, there is some kind of short or something that has caused the motor to be in constant go mode. The only way to disengage it is to hold the brake or turn the bike off. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, I dont know whats wrong. The bike is unsafe and cannot be used in this condition. I tried to contact their support directly via email, no response after a week. I then went to their website and submitted a support ticket which promised a response within 36 hours its been another week and no response. I tried their chat box, its just an AI bot that doesnt do anything useful. Bottom line, I am $900 into a bike that is unsafe and cannot be used. It was a gift for my son who is crushed, and I have been ghosted by the support team who never even bothered to respond. I cannot understate how unhappy I am with this bike or this company. I would never buy from them again, I never leave reviews like this, but this company is garbage do not buy from them.

Simple instructions, looks great, all charged and ready. But it's so cold here the statue of liberty, put the torch under her dress. Wanted to take right off in my kitchen lol. Can't wait to take her out. Would buy again Today it warmed up to 53, and I have worked on the bike, making it what I wanted. With my husband's help we added a luggage box on the back, the kind that goes on a Harley, then a chrome tool box used for 40-57 Harley, it's perfect for gloves sun glasses etc. The rear box has the tire pump, a 7 ft cable to lock both wheels, thru the frame and around a pole. A tire patch kit, extra battery, tools, and still plenty of room for milk and things like that. Then bright a trailer for her. Nice one with strong water proof cover. It also doubles as a shopping cart. Placed motorcycle mirrors and strong phone holder that works great. One last thing to know the tool kit was not strong enough to take off back tire bolts. They used lock tight. It took a 1/2 drive 18 to get them to break free. Even if nothing is wrong with the rear tire. Break those bolts loose. I would of been mad as fire, if I couldn't fix a flat. I asked for a manual to repair type of fix it manual, they replied they don't have none. No service center in US, or dealer just noting. I named my bike Daisy Love this bike. Could not be happier. DO NOT BUY! Bike was damaged upon arrival. Contacted the seller immediately to be lied to. The bike looked like it was put together broken n striped then sent to me claiming it was new. Seller refuses to refund. Waiting 14 days now for a resolution from AMAZON! DO NOT BUY. The break is cracked. The seat is striped. The display malfunctions. The back rest is cradled n half. The battery doesn’t hold charge.

The worst customer service ever. Company doesn’t answer emails for over a week. The bike came with damaged forks sent me new forks that were wrong now has a bad throttle and have been waiting for four weeks for a answer on how to get a new throttle.

The media could not be loaded. Fun e-bike. Rides more like a motorcycle because it’s a little heavy. Does good on uphills with some pedal assist. For longer uphills you might need a mid drive or dual hub though, since it struggles a bit when climbing on soft dirt, but I just put my foot down and keep the throttle down and I can keep climbing if I need to. Steep downhills can also be a little tricky. The brakes are holding up really good though and grab on good when I release them after locking up the tires on downhills. Battery seems to be doing good also. I would take off the rear back rest too, if you struggle kicking your leg over in case you need to dismount quickly since it kind of gets in the way. Overall I think it was a good value for the bike. It’s my first e-bike and I really like taking it on the same trails I was taking my mountain bike on.
