All around these bikes r great!!! I have purchased two so far.. the shipping is crazy high but still doable for amazon expectations... if u can i suggest the stronger battery. I use two batteries everyday with pedal assist, charging while at work, and i go over 60 miles a day at 20 mph. The rear hub is not water tight so becareful in bad weather but if u keep ur electrical connections dry u will get ur money's worth. Hopefully replacement batteries and motors will continue to get cheaper. I will be buying the mountain bike model next!!

The bike quality itself is really good, sleek design very nice durable bike overall and good for price, Bike was super Easy to Build, only took about 30 minutes, if you can tighten a screw you can build it, and it comes with all the tools you need I would recommend installing kickstand first, makes it easier for building it by yourself! You will need a tire pump as well as they don’t come fully inflated. I got the bike up to 29.1 MPH on a small slope, the overall speed is great most of the time, at full throttle it will give you about 23-25 MPH. Fast bike overall! The battery takes about 6-7 hours to fully charge from dead, with pedal assist the whole time I was getting a max of about 21-23 miles and the battery dies. Not 65Miles, i understand it varies based upon where you ride it how hilly it’s and your weight, but I weigh about 140Lbs and was on flat ground most of the time I have been driving the bike. Battery performance is not what they rate it for. I suggest a seat cover too, it’s doable but gets uncomfortable after about 5 miles and fenders are flimsy plastic I left the rear fender off but it’s personal preference obviously. Electronics work great I love the display screen! Disk breaks work well and have quick stopping power. The seller Ratings for speed is close but battery ratings are higher than what you should expect but for how inexpensive this e-bike is it’s a good buy!

I bought this bike for my 15 year old daughter. She has ridden it a few times. I also have ridden it myself and although I'm a little too large for it, not necessarily by weight but by size, I still find it really fun to ride. The small tires make it a little top heavy for taller people. It's so much fun to zoom around town on this thing and it can tackle big hills easily, especially in pedal assist mode. It was easy to setup. My main fault with it is the locking bolts for the handlebars and especially the seat are not the best. I haven't had any issue with the handlebars, but the seat will sometimes slide down unless I really lock it down what I consider to be overtight. I have considered drilling a few holes in the shaft that I could run small stainless bolts through to prevent slippage. The odometer also does not seem to be very accurate and I wonder if it has been properly calibrated for the tire size. Overall a good bike and I'm not disappointed that I bought it.

Easy to assemble, everything came together nicely except for the rear fender, which can't be tightened around the seat mount and needs a thicker diameter seat mount. The bike is powerful, I still need to find the sweet range in gear and PAS so it doesn't just jerk forward every time. I am having issues driving under 15 mph with PAS set at 2. This thing feels like a corvette right now, just asking for speed whether it is needed or not. If I ever manage to fix that, my review will go to 5 stars. Another problem I am seeing are the brakes. This is my first ebike, but judging from mechanical bikes I've ridden, the brakes feel weaker and do not provide adequate power to stop the bike in its tracks. Just need to keep this in mind and ride accordingly. The front brake is wobbly, hopefully will go away as it wears. Overall, for the price of $400 it's hard to expect a Bentley. This bike is perfect for the money I invested and provides enough of an excercise if I want on PAS 1, which basically negates the bike's weight an let's you pedal away with your own power. Once you switch to PAS 2 though, it turns into a corvette and you will forget about the need to pedal at all. I have not even tried any higher PAS, it's crazy enough on 2

I’m still waiting on my refund for this item I was not pleased with it due to the information I had and actually mileage of the battery, no instructions came and the alignment of the front which was not straight when traveling also it was to light in weight and the ride is very hard when traveling more than 1 mile. Maybe larger wheels would take away some of the rough ride however the 14” did not work for me.
