Great Bike and fast shipping!! it took me about 45 minutes to assemble the bike It’s pretty easy. It’s my first E-bike and it’s totally worth it. I would recommend if anybody looking for their first E bike to get this.

The media could not be loaded. We love this bike and I recommend it everyone. If I could give more stars I would. The customer service is excellent. I will start off by saying, a week after I bought the bike, it stopped working. Once the bike was turned on, the screen displayed an error code (pictured) for a few seconds, then the bike immediately shut off. I thought for sure I had just wasted a ton of money. But, there is a paper in the box with technical support information. I called the support number and a woman answered. No phone tree, no run around, an actual human answered after two rings. That blew my mind. She asked for the order number, a few other basic things, and asked me to email a video of the issue to the support email on the paper, which I did. A support person emailed me back the next day and said it was the screen. They sent me a new screen free of charge and I received it within a few days. The screen did fix the issue and the bike is working perfectly now. Thank you, top notch customer service. The bike does reach 30mph. Me and my husband doubled on the bike and although a little slower getting up to speed, it did ok. Aside from the obvious headlight, the bike has turn signals, a horn, a phone holder, rear passenger foot pegs, and a brake light. My son is 6’2 and I was worried about the bike being too small but he fits on it fine. It’s a pretty cool looking bike overall. We are super happy with the purchase and customer support. We plan on buying a second bike in the future. ... show more

Bike came in assembled incorrectly. We were forced to take the bike to the shop to fix the wiring as it was a safety hazard. Tires came in damaged. Seller Refused to help to rectify the situation. Instead kept calling me to remove this review.

I'm actually Way more satisfied with this bike than I expected. Super easy to assemble. Took me 30-45 minutes. It comes with Phone holder, Tire pump, 2 spare inner tubes, Alarm system, and the Lock. Two of those items I purchased in advance, I'm sending back a bike lock and the alarm system that I prepurchased. Besides that, it's perfect for my daily commute... Plus more! Bike is kinda heavy I'll say. It does have a "push and walk" setting that makes it easier to get in and out of my apartment building and then the work office. ... show more

Absolutely Love the style of the bike. IMO it’s one of the best looking e-bikes. It’s lots of fun. The cons are the directions on assembly aren’t the greatest . I’m also taking away 1 star because of the false advertisement on the max speed. On the ad which I included 2 screenshots it claims the top speed is 32mph. However I personally couldn’t get it passed 30MPH and on the instruction manual they have a sticker on it that says 30 MPH. This is very misleading and should include the REAL TOP SPEED. ... show more
