The media could not be loaded. The Tamobyke V20 Pro is a comfy ride. I recommend pumping the tires up to 20psi. The acceleration is steady and won't jerk you off the bike so it is perfect for beginners. The V20 Pro gradual picks up speed for a top speed of 30mph+ which is fast enough for 90% of riders. The dual suspension is great as well and the hydraulic brakes are powerful enough to stop my bike trailer full of groceries. ... show more

Would not recommend this e-bike. The tires did not properly fit the rims, making the bike unsafe to ride out of the box. The chain guard arrived warped to the point that the bike could not be pedaled at all, and the included bike pump was crushed and unusable. I ultimately had to pay a local bike shop $200 just to make the bike rideable, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a new bike. I contacted Tamobyke directly for support, but it was extremely frustrating — their phone line immediately hangs up with no way to reach a representative, and email responses come only once every 24 hours, each time asking another question without ever providing a resolution or next steps. To make matters worse, Amazon would not approve a refund since this item was sold by a third-party seller. Overall, this purchase cost far more time, money, and stress than it was worth. I had acquired two of the same bikes. Shipping wise on one of them the chain cover was dented inwards from the front side. The chain kept coming off, and while trying to put the chain back on the bike, the bike went forward by itself and flipped to the side. This one bike has been having this issue continously of riding off on its on slightly or the chain continously falling off. The second bike is hardly used yet, the only direct issues is the tires that keeps having air in the tire comes out, so I keep having to fill it up. I have pictures of both the box damage and bike damage since delivery, I expected no major issue since the cover was not touching the chain, and also because I did not want to take the bike back since it was heavy. It has become a big safety issue even when no one is on it, and a refund or an exchange would be fair, it is still a good bike, just needs better tire options and also much more careful shipping, especially for the cost. ... show more

This was my first E bike that I’ve purchased. So far I have not had any issues. Battery lasted about 40 miles or driving it at full speed. Comes with a head light and it has blinkers. Would definitely recommend!
