This bike is awesome. Very versatile comes with a rear seat and a rear rack. If you wanna get some groceries or run DoorDash 1000 W motor has more than enough power to get me up any grassy Hill and my daughter loves riding on the backseat.     • THE WORST BUY EVER!….
DO NOT Buy this bike. Customer service won’t respond and Amazon is no help either. I received a used and abused bike. It had a bad chain rail, chips on paint, a top battery that doesn’t work and has two clips broken. The bottom battery has sends and scratches on it as if it was dropped and slid across pavement. The disc is completely bent. Happy Run is the worst company for customer service. They will just ignore you and Amazon was no help either all they did was say wait 48hrs for the company to get in contact with us which of course never happened. So I m now stuck with a very expensive bike that’s completely messed up. I no longer trust amazon an will be telling other of what happened to me so that they don’t make the same mistake I did. ... show more

    • "Need to know" before you purchase.
I received "almost" everything. I've reached out and asked for three things. I didn't receive the lock-washers for the front wheel, the lock nuts for the rear headlight and the four button switch broke on the very first ride. (The housing broke and the switch cover would not pop back in.) The rack was also apparently on back order but i didnt receive any notice of that. They sent me the switch pretty quickly. I guess I will need to figure out how to remove the left grip because it doesnt mount without removing the grip. I still have not received the nuts or lock washers. The rack arrived after a couple of weeks. When dealing with customer service they asked for pictures, easy for the switch, not easy to send pics of things I do not have. Make sure you take pictures where the missing items would be located. This seems the easiest way to relay the problem since describing the issue doesn't seem to be enough. I watched a YT video that had the exact same parts missing so it's a known issue. Over-all- I like the bike. It does what it describes. A few suggestions, make the batteries in parallel, stopping to hit the switch directly under the seat is easy but that could have been done differently. Make the grips removable with set-screws so they can be upgraded easily. It needs a better headlight, the light is diffused weird and doesn't cover like you would expect. Thanks for reading.     • Amazing bike and customer services stands by their product
Very satisfied with the bike. It arrived and was very easy to assemble. I had a slight problem with the front wheel vibrating a lot as it wasn't seated right. I tried numerous times to get it seated correctly and couldn't. I reached out to their customer service with videos of the problem. They sent me a replacement tire and the problem was fixed immediately. The company is very responsive and professional. I highly recommend this bike as it has good power (even with my 9 year old on the back) and battery life for the price point. ... show more

Update from review on August 3rd, 2025 After a rough start happyrun contacted me and decided to assist me on my issue. The g70 was a bust but I could upgrade to the g100 which is wayyy better than the g70. Been riding it since I got it delivered and it performs wonderfully. The only issue is had with it is the left brake but that's an easy fix. The bike goes up to 32 miles per hour and I haven't charged it for a week and I still have 60 percent of the charge from the last time I charged it fully. The G100 was a huge upgrade and they even sent me some accessories to make up for the price differential and provided a warranty on the bike in case something happens they can replace the product and assist me to the fullest. I made the right choice into upgrading to the G100 and looking forward to get the G100 pro. ... show more
