This product is complete garbage. I opened the box and there is no operating instructions.. nowhere online to find instructions. So I contacted Amazon and that was no help. If a company is going to sell a product, they should be willing to stand by that project and offer customer service. Their product will not even turn on. I plugged it in and a yellow light comes on and it will not charge my golf cart.

Lightweight is the only positive thing I can say at this point. Bought because I was expecting to be able to charge somewhat drawn down battery pack based on details and comments in the product description however this is NOT the case. It does no better than my 10 year old charger in these instances. Like my old charger, this new one seems it needs to see at least 36v volts (on a 48v cart) to initiate the charge cycle.

I’m apprehensive that the fan is exposed like that on top, but other than that it’s a solid product. I still have my Lester charger with the bluetooth app that I use to check the status of the cart batteries, but it doesn’t charge the cart anymore so I use this cheap little guy instead. I can plug the Lester back in and see all the diagnostics and battery health and this charger is working as expected For this charger, no bluetooth the LED codes tell you enough to know what’s going on and are very helpful. I can buy 4 of these for the price of a new Lester.

Bought it in July. It’s September, and it stopped working. We contacted the seller who had specific instructions on how to get it returned. After jumping through the hoops they sent us another unit.
