    • Got to be more careful
So I purchased the item in july I cut it on the first day I got it to make sure the windows were installed, and I never used it again until September 20th. For the second time, I opened it up and tried to download TikTok. Studio, no matter how many times I tried, it would not do it other than that. After about 4 hours, it finally downloaded. And I have high-speed, internet. I don't have this issue with any of my other devices In the house. Everything else works on the laptop.Oh, and it also doesn't have a ethernet plug I didn't realize that before I bought it. You might want to buy some speakers for the laptop. Because you can barely hear them at all. Wish I wasn't working so much so I could have been able to see if the laptop could do what I wanted it to do, And now I have went past my return date and now I have a brand new laptop that I can't do nothing with. One more thing, it's also too slow for gaming. ... show more

Only good for playing a few low quality graphics games. It takes forever to download or process apps and the battery drains quickly. Definitely a cheap machine - you get what you pay for.
