In terms of shipping, 5/5. When I placed my order, I was given a 7 day eta. It arrived in 2 days via Fedex. The box that contains this was shipped in another box to help protect it during shipping. Upon looking everything over, I noticed a couple panels had a small dent in them, but nothing that would effect anything other then appearance. And the dents were on the ends where no one would see anyway. And the rubber ring around the hole for the long guns looks like it was torn. That, or it is cut to fit rather than a solid piece. Assembly was easy enough. I recommend having someone help and a drill, but it is doable by yourself. My brother and I fully assembled it in under an hour. And I was able to use my drill on every screw. I saw several reviews that said the holes don't line up. My thought was that they had no idea what they were doing and I was right. If you take the instructions at face value, the holes won't line up. That should be your cue that you're doing something wrong. A little common sense (I realize that is a rarity nowadays), and you will figure it out in a matter of seconds. If you're not picking up what I'm putting down, the holes line up. The bottom panel has feet that you can adjust, and I recommend fully assembling first. The floor panel is a pain to install. i had to bang on the corners to get it into place. So doing that first and making those adjustments second is a real time saver. When empty, the cabinet is easy enough to lean against a wall for these adjustments. Even empty with the door open, it won't tip. You can and should mount it but if you can't, you'll be fine. The quality is exactly what you would expect for the price. It will keep people out. Most thieves wouldn't get in unless they knew to bring tools. I don't think a simple prybar will do the trick, but I have no intentions of figuring it out. And most thieves want to get in and out as fast as possible. That is unless they have other plans. And you would be home anyway for them and you need to do what needs to be done anyway. Fully loaded, it weights way too much for them to carry out. In my opinion, this isn't a safe. It won't protect anything from a fire or flood. It keeps people out, that's it. And it provides more space and is a lot cheaper then companies that offer modular safes. I personally don't think this will hold 20 guns. At least not unless you like things cramped. I have 6 rifles stored and I could get 2 - 4 more without issues. You might be able to store more if you don't mind removing accessories. I don't want to remove my scopes. The holders on the doors will hold 4 handguns easily. I even have a black powder revolver that I got at a civil war reenactment in one of them without issues. If you're thinking about using the holders that hold ammo in the picture for handgun magazines, I'll save you the effort and tell you that they won't. The magaizne holders will each hold 1 standard capacity AR magazine. Programming the code can be a bit confusing because the directions are wrong. Pressing the button it says to press only allows you to program fingerprints. In my experiments, it works 90% of the time, the first time. I had to play with it some to figure it out. I would tell you, but I'm writing this review like a week later, and I don't remember exactly lol. I think it's 0#, then immediately enter your code, #. But don't quote me. It has a battey pack built in and a usb-c charger. It comes with a magnectic light but it seems like a cheap motion activated one. I don't need the light so I just put it to the side. It takes 3 aaa batteries if you are interested in that.

I bought this to have a safe place to store weapons in our home. I use gun locks, but I wanted to have a secured storage area. This locker was relatively simple to assemble, although the instructions are minimal at best. It comes with the hardware to secure the cabinet to a wall. The locking mechanism seems to be ok and it works with both the code or key. It also includes a backup power supply in case the internal batter access is drained. This is a good option for someone looking for a little extra storage and security for their weapons.

I was really happy with this safe for the first 2 months of use. It’s great when all you want to do is keep things out of reach of curious hands. It was very easy to assemble, very light, all in all it seemed like it would do exactly what I wanted. That was until tonight when the locking mechanism seemed to have failed. Fortunately, I had the safe open and it didn’t get stuck locked closed. I noticed it didn’t completely lock after going into it this morning to switch firearms for work. As I was working with it this evening. I had the door open and was putting the code in and turning the knob. I could turn to the lock position, wait a couple minutes and turn back to unlock and the bars would move and unlock, they wouldn’t stay locked. Then after a couple of more attempts the knob would just turn freely without the bars moving at all.

It wasn't difficult to put together after I figured out the orientation of the pieces. I addictions are not very detailed. If you have a little mechanical aptitude shouldn't be a big deal. You can't use the shelf if you have rifles and shotguns. They are just too long by a couple inches. I may drill my own holes and install the shelf higher. You will need to anchor this to a wall or floor. The bottom is secured by screws, some reviews say its just pushed into place. No, it is secure. The operation is great. It will do the job keeping little ones away from guns.

Pretty good size cabinet, quality is pretty good for the money. Pretty simple to assemble, good weight for the material. All in all great for gun storage and keeping them in a safe place if you have kids 👍🏼 I would not put it up against actual thief’s it can easily be broken into if they really wanted. I have 3 teenagers and when I did assemble this cabinet I got great peace of mind about my firearms being stored in this. Also it will fit max 10 rifles with out any attachments, I had to strip my rifles just to get this to fit in I currently have 8 in it.

Skeptical at first. Got it and am using it. Actually very good quality and heavy duty! Only complaint? Glue the foam barrel protectors in or they fall out everytime you remove a rifle.

First off this isn't a safe, it's a cabinet. I tried putting this together, nothing wanted to line up. Not only were a lot of the pieces bent but most of the tiny screw holes were painted over to the point It took me an hour to realize they were their. If you plan on using this to secure anything important just spend the extra and get a real safe. If that isn't enough to make you change you mind, this is a glorified STACK ON brand gun cabinet for almost 2x the price.
