The couch is very comfortable and has that soft “cloud couch” feel that makes it great for relaxing or watching TV. So first it came 6 days early. Initially when I was ordering I was really sceptical. I was like for the price it's going to be really small or not comfortable and how on earth would I return it if I don't like it. My friend has one but got hers through tic tok shop. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger and there wasn't a lot of reviews so I wasn't feeling too certain. However when I got it like I said it came 6 days early. It came in 3 boxes. It was so incredibly easy to set up. Now that I have had it for approximately a week. I can say it is comfortable. The fabric is soft. The couch itself is soft but firm. It gives me hope that this will last. So far it is so much better than the couch I had that I got from a furniture store locally. This is easy to move around and rearrange. I would definitely buy another if ever needed ... show more

If you can't have the back against the wall don't do it. Obviously the back is really low, low enough to be a problem for most people but it literally just sags straight back when you lean on it. Like folds backwards. Rendering this merely an overpriced cushion. Also I had to unzip it and reach in and pry apart several areas that did not inflate. Troubleshooting option leads nowhere, seemingly not for the right product. I really let the reviews convince me to try this thing and feeling so dumb. It's uncomfortable even to lay on vs sit as intended. I cannot stress how useless the back of this couch is. If your living room set up prevents you from putting your couch against the wall it 100% will not work for you at all. Steer clear. ***Update after spending a week trying to get this returned, even being willing to drive it to an Amazon hub. They absolutely will not allow you to do anything but pay out of pocket to ship back this 3. Piece. Sectional. It says hassle free returns but they know they have made a return inaccessible to virtually anyone who would purchase this. Honest review here so bare with me... delivered on time was multiple packages but came together didn't pop out all crazy like you see on tiktok..we bought the u shaped dark gray but honestly looks more black super soft no weird smell...no type of latch to make it all stay together but I have bare floors and it doesn't slide apart easily...cup holder and pocket on side are great additions...only thing to remember is it is foam the edges are steady at all so don't seat on the edge thinking your gonna slip up shoes on cause u will end up in floor but as someone who is super cheap and loves getting every penny worth 100% would buy again ... show more
