UPDATED REVIEW: My original experience when purchasing this product was not good. It would not fully charge my MacBook Pro M3. Charged for a bit, but then stopped. I posted a review about my experience, giving the product low marks. After seeing my review their customer support reached out, and was extremely helpful. They promptly sent me a replacement charger which has been working as expected. Time will tell how the product is over the long term, but based on their customer service they seem very committed to providing a quality product and experience to customers. I would purchase from this company again.
