  • Supplement:Not applicable to computer control applications, including general motors equipped with Q-Jet carburetor in 1981 and later, and vehicles equipped with automatic overdrive (AOD) transmission in 1981 and later.
  • Material:The product is made of high-quality aluminum and is suitable for manual or electric choke. Low working temperature, small warpage and durability. The two-piece design means no gasket and no leakage operation below the fuel level.
  • Function:According to the requirements of different working conditions of the engine, the carburetor automatically proportions the corresponding concentration and outputs the corresponding amount of mixture to make the mixture mix evenly and provide power for vehicle driving. It is not affected by engine tempering, that is, there is no power valve to blow out, and the connecting rod can be replaced within a few seconds without removing the carburetor.

These carburetors work great, if you know your way around Edelbrock or AFB carbs. Don't expect to bolt them on and go...lol. Like every carb you need to set the floats and clean off the needle and seat or it will flood. Also the step up springs need to be tailored to your engine and adjust the squirter linkage. I bought two of these on a dual carb manifold and it RIPS!!! Once tuned as mentioned, they rev instantly and accelerates awesome!!! I would buy another one! ... show more

Absolute garbage, don’t waste your time or money on this. It’s completely untunable. Idle mixture screws don’t do anything, turn them all the way in, nothing, take them all the way out, nothing.

This was supposed to be a replacement for the 1406 that came off of my truck Both floats didn’t float flooded the hell outta my motor. Idle mixture screws were scarred and unusable. I might be able to use the linkages as backup parts.
