Amazing AC. I had a little extra install working because of my windows. This cooled my rooms down quickly and stays consistent. I love it. It cools my kitchen, living room and allows flow down the hall into my bathroom. Cools WAY more space than it said it would. Very minimal noise, just sounds like a small fan blowing. Barely notice. Easy to clean the filters, draining the excess water is very easy and Self Evaporating, there's not much to drain. Highly recommend!!!! Well worth the money.

Works great. Had an issue after just a few days is using, it kind of blew out melted the outlet port and the part that plugs in also melted the. Stopped working, but the company was on top of it and sent a replacement for it right away and we shipped back the other one. So hold on to the box just in case. Keeps a large area cool in Florida hot weather.

Have had this AC for about 2 weeks and it is great!! Live in a studio and cooled the entire place so fast. We actually get cold when it’s in the 100s outside. I took off one star because most of the time the sound is not silent but quiet though sometimes it will get really loud randomly but only for a short period! I’d recommend for a studio or large room!

We have been using this for months. It has helped keep our home cool. Our central unit just can’t keep up with the Texas heat and we aren’t ready to replace. This one works great. It’s easy to install and maintain. Worth it!

Doesn't cool very well. I have this in a 250sq/ft room and if it's over 85 outside, it barely keeps my room below 75 degrees even on high and set at 61. I also had to add insulation tape around the exhaust port because it leaked a lot of hot air. It makes my room very humid. The dehumidifier doesn't work whatsoever and actually makes the humidity go up. I was using a window unit before that is rated for 400sq/ft, and it easily kept my room at whatever temperature I set it at. With my window unit, the humidity in my room would usually be around 50%. This piece of junk makes my room stay around 75-80%. I wish I could return it because I wasted my money. I bought 3 of them as well, so basically I threw away $1500. I should have just stuck with my window units. The heater does work well. That is the only good thing I can say about it.

We got this for my mom's apartment kind of very last minute when I knew the temps were going to soar and my mom had been putting off getting an AC unit since she'd had central air for so long, the whole idea of looking into portable AC units felt a bit overwhelming. Honestly, I picked this one because it could be delivered on time. Well, it's been great all summer. My mom's place is probably 1100-1200 square feet and this AC has kept the whole place cool enough. During the truly awful heat this summer it couldn't keep the whole place the 70 degrees that we set it at, but it managed to keep the temps quite pleasant. And now that the worst of the summer heat is over, it has no trouble at all keeping the place plenty cool. It truly has worked like a charm--not super loud, not as fragile as my old portable air conditioner seemed to be. I'm not sure about how energy efficient it is, but my mother has not complained about her electrical bill, so I'm guessing it is not too bad. I was worried that with the heat we've had this summer, this AC, which wasn't the most expensive and isn't a brand I knew, might not hold up, but it really has been great. I'm anticipating it being able to be stored this winter and used again next year. Definitely recommend!
