Update; I've since used the heat and have had the task of emptying the water. I still like the unit but this unit is not easy to drain. The drain is literally a half inch from the floor. In order to get the most use out of this unit, I'll need to drill a hole in my wall leading outside and set the unit higher so that it flows down out of the hose. Looks to hold less than a quart before needing drained. I can't get water to drain out of the middle drainage chamber. If there's a better way to utilize this unit, please let me know. But still, I highly recommend! Works as described. Feels cool and warms wonderfully. When heat and air aren't needed, it's perfect at keep the humidity levels comfortable. The A/C was well packed and arrived on time. Installation was simple - especially since we already had a vent in place from our previous a/unit we were replacing. The instructions were clear and the performance is exceptional. Very quickly is cools down our converted two-car garage (into a bedroom). The unit is surprisingly quiet. The remote works great too. We like the modern sleek design as it has rounded edges. The timer on the remote has come in handy the few times we have had a need for the timer and shuts off when it is told too. The machine is sturdy and easy to set up but it does require hose which fortunately comes with it in the box. It does not take up too much space. Cooling and heating is fast and efficient. It does not make a lot of noise when running.

I needed to cool down my 10x20 work shed ,this really cools the summer heat,inside temps are like 120 degrees Fahrenheit, the Humhold was able to cool my work station to 73 degrees in a very short time.
