It’s really a surprise! We don’t expect that much at the beginning because already tried several brands for our master room, and none of those worked. It’s a small cute AC but good enough for a big room. Cool down the whole room in 5 minutes. Strongly recommended!

Have had this AC for about 2 weeks and it is great!! Live in a studio and cooled the entire place so fast. We actually get cold when it’s in the 100s outside. I took off one star because most of the time the sound is not silent but quiet though sometimes it will get really loud randomly but only for a short period! I’d recommend for a studio or large room!

Doesn't cool very well. I have this in a 250sq/ft room and if it's over 85 outside, it barely keeps my room below 75 degrees even on high and set at 61. I also had to add insulation tape around the exhaust port because it leaked a lot of hot air. It makes my room very humid. The dehumidifier doesn't work whatsoever and actually makes the humidity go up. I was using a window unit before that is rated for 400sq/ft, and it easily kept my room at whatever temperature I set it at. With my window unit, the humidity in my room would usually be around 50%. This piece of junk makes my room stay around 75-80%. I wish I could return it because I wasted my money. I bought 3 of them as well, so basically I threw away $1500. I should have just stuck with my window units. The heater does work well. That is the only good thing I can say about it.

The media could not be loaded. I like the idea of this versus the window ac. It is simple to attach the hose. I struggled trying to understand how to attach the window panels to each other, but it was actually pretty easy, once I figured it out. I attached pictures for anyone who might want more clarification. It's quieter than the window ac. It is heavy though, but thankfully it is on wheels and is easy to move. The top vents move automatically to switch direction of the air floor, but this can be turned off, if you want it to blow in only one direction. It does come with a remote control.
