We got this for my mom's apartment kind of very last minute when I knew the temps were going to soar and my mom had been putting off getting an AC unit since she'd had central air for so long, the whole idea of looking into portable AC units felt a bit overwhelming. Honestly, I picked this one because it could be delivered on time. Well, it's been great all summer. My mom's place is probably 1100-1200 square feet and this AC has kept the whole place cool enough. During the truly awful heat this summer it couldn't keep the whole place the 70 degrees that we set it at, but it managed to keep the temps quite pleasant. And now that the worst of the summer heat is over, it has no trouble at all keeping the place plenty cool. It truly has worked like a charm--not super loud, not as fragile as my old portable air conditioner seemed to be. I'm not sure about how energy efficient it is, but my mother has not complained about her electrical bill, so I'm guessing it is not too bad. I was worried that with the heat we've had this summer, this AC, which wasn't the most expensive and isn't a brand I knew, might not hold up, but it really has been great. I'm anticipating it being able to be stored this winter and used again next year. Definitely recommend!

Amazing AC. I had a little extra install working because of my windows. This cooled my rooms down quickly and stays consistent. I love it. It cools my kitchen, living room and allows flow down the hall into my bathroom. Cools WAY more space than it said it would. Very minimal noise, just sounds like a small fan blowing. Barely notice. Easy to clean the filters, draining the excess water is very easy and Self Evaporating, there's not much to drain. Highly recommend!!!! Well worth the money.

Works great. Had an issue after just a few days is using, it kind of blew out melted the outlet port and the part that plugs in also melted the. Stopped working, but the company was on top of it and sent a replacement for it right away and we shipped back the other one. So hold on to the box just in case. Keeps a large area cool in Florida hot weather.

We have been using this for months. It has helped keep our home cool. Our central unit just can’t keep up with the Texas heat and we aren’t ready to replace. This one works great. It’s easy to install and maintain. Worth it!

Have had this AC for about 2 weeks and it is great!! Live in a studio and cooled the entire place so fast. We actually get cold when it’s in the 100s outside. I took off one star because most of the time the sound is not silent but quiet though sometimes it will get really loud randomly but only for a short period! I’d recommend for a studio or large room!

The media could not be loaded. This a/c is so awesome. My office doesn't cool as well as the rest of the house. Now I can work in complete comfort! The a/c is easy to install. It fits nicely and snug in the window. I love that it keeps the esthetic of the outside clean looking vs a hanging window unit. The unit looks nice and has settings for sleep, timers, and energy saver. It gets very cold. 😁 I am very happy with this unit.

My wife and I like it cold when we sleep, but we don't want the rest of the house cold when we get up. Instead of using our central air unit, we can use this one to keep our bedroom a crisp 60-61 degrees while we sleep, and get up to the rest of the house being at a comfortable waking temperature.

I got this to cool my garage. Once all wired up, including a dedicated 20amp circuit ( since it kept blowing a 15amp circuit with nothing on it.) I was running it through a power usage meter. And this slowly crept up to 18 AMPs! Which on the unit it says it is rated at 12 amps. After it ran for 10 min it cooled the garage down 2 degrees then the compressor turned off. The fan was blowing for another 10 minutes and the garage went up 3 degrees. So needless to say this one is going back.
