I can't believe we are talking air conditioners already. Let's get into this one. Top feature: The remote control. Because this works on three levels, the remote is great. This will operate as a fan, a dehumidifier, and cooling. My elderly parents live with me and this will be for their area. It is so much easier if they have a remote than to get up and down. As it can be programmed, for the most part, it comes on, turns off, and keeps the room to the requested temp. The installation was very easy. Essentially, you choose the window you will be using and install it as shown below. It works in a 700 sq ft area. Noise level is good.

I have always wanted an AC. Unit, like this. Yes, it takes up a little space, but it is so convenient to not have to put the stress on the windows or worry about an ac falling out of the window... The instructions are very clear. Pretty simple to set up, I like that. The window bracket, it does come with. You can either put it horizontal or vertically. The media could not be loaded. Bought this portable AC for my home gym because home AC is usually set warmer for the family, and I needed my workout space to be cooler. It really serves the purpose great. It can cool the room down to the mid 60s pretty easily, perfect for my workouts. Typically noise is not a problem at all in the gym since I usually have equipment running and the TV on. However, it surprises me with the little noise it produces. I also really like the swing function because it helps move the cold air around better. One thing I appreciate is that it is on wheels, so it is easy to move around, making a lot sense for a space like a gym. The biggest surprise for me is how fast it is to assemble and disassemble the window vent. It takes me less than 2 minutes, so I do not need to do any permanent sealing. That was a big plus for me and much more convenient than I expected. Also, the design is sleek and looks nice in the room, black and white color giveing it a classic look that fits well with my gym setup. I am so far very happy with it and definitely recommend it. Totally worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. We live in Arizona and our bedroom never gets as cool as the rest of the house, even with a new AC system for the house. We still have the old style sliding windows and a window AC does not fit in them. This was the perfect solution. I ran the hose out the small bathroom window and aim the unit right into the bedroom at our bed. I'm so happy I got this set up before the temperatures really start to rise this year. It's been keeping the room much cooler and isn't insanely loud. Definitely worth the price.

So far it works fantastic, but it doesn’t say if it has an auto shut off after temperature is reached. Apparently it does would have been nice to know because it doesn’t have an auto setting indicator or light. Noise level is very good do not have to turn tv up to hear. Installation OMG whoever came up with the installation hose and fittings really needs to go back to the drawing board. The hose kept falling out the connection to the ac unit. Absolutely didn’t fit in the prefabricated hole to vent outside. Had to literally use a saws all to cut the hole to fit the hose in the outside shield cover. Then the hose kept pulling out the housing going into the ac unit until I got fed up and pulled extra through with pliers so it wouldn’t fall out again. Installation was a nightmare. Easy to use yes, great cooling absolutely 💯 I’m hiding underneath a blanket.

After weeks of research, I settled on this 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner, and honestly, it is easily the best investment I’ve made for my home this year. Here is the deep dive into why this unit is a powerhouse. ❄️ The most important factor is, of course, the cooling. My living area is roughly 650 sq. ft. with high ceilings and large windows that catch the afternoon sun which is a nightmare for most AC units. Within 15 minutes of turning this on, the temperature dropped from a stifling 82°F to a crisp 72°F. The "Auto Swing" Feature: This is a game-changer. Instead of just blasting air in one direction, the motorized louvers oscillate to distribute the cold air evenly across the room.
