This was a waste of money. I'm glad I got the smaller, cheaper one so I didn't lose more. The lens is made of a thin, flexible but brittle plastic that feels like it would be easy to break. The rest of it is made of particle board and also feels fragile, particularly at the joints where you fold the lid back to form the stand. The lens is a fish-eye design, and while it does indeed magnify what you put behind it, it also heavily distorts it, especially around the edges. It makes me nauseated to use it. There's also a lot of glare and reflection, and the only way to minimize that seems to be to use it in the dark. The one I received came with a large scratch on the front of it, but it was packaged in such a way that I won't be able to return it. The box was wrapped in tight cellophane like a CD, and the item was squeezed so tightly into the box that I had to rip it open just to get it out. I feel like I tossed nearly twenty-five dollars in the trash. It might have at least been useful for a book if it was taller. I have a Nintendo Switch on it in the pictures.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely amazing concept. My husband is constantly streaming videos on his phone and I thought this would be a super great way to enhance his video display and improve his comfortability and not have to hold his phone. However, after trying it out, the glares from the lights within our home caused the quality on the screen to go down. The functionality of allowing the screen to be able to decide how far to prop up or lean back was not an option which would definitely help with angling the view to better fit the size screen/phone being used. My husband is tall but I'm 5'1 and even I have to huntch over/ bend my neck lower to see the screen or push my chair away from the table to see it without leaning over. It would work well if the screen could lean. Would recommend to maybe not use in a room that has so much natural lighting and not have direct lighting on/dimmed.

I had bought this product as both a less neck-straining way of watching videos on mobile and as a way of accessing my pc while in the bedroom via *Parsec (using a full set of other bluetooth devices mouse, keyboard, and gamepad). This product has a range adjustment so, after getting a seat for it, I adjusted the range a bit and it doesn't look like a fullscreen display but I mean that in a good way, this product doesn't use a battery or anything it is functionally a magnifying glass and, while having it not fill the full screen, it actually looks really good and I find with the phone's Zoom function it's very easy to use and readable, could legitimately game and work on it as needed, it's also very light so you could really set it up anywhere and move it.

It Kind Of Reminds Me Of The Late 60's When We Use To Pop A Color Screen Unto A Black , And White Television Just To Watch Television In Color . Whoever put this together before packaging to sell did an obvious goof. The "glass" has on it a strip of adhesive, and where it is supposed to be connected on the wood there is another strip of adhesive. But I'm this case the magnifier was connected to the piece that is supposed to be folded back. (See pictures. The first two shows where it was glued to the wrong side of the fold, though it's hard to see. In the final image it's been fixed and assembled.) As you can see I was able to carefully remove the magnifier and reattach it to where it was supposed to go. Now it works. Our only complaint is the the whole thing needs to be high up in order to view properly. The angle is such that you need to be eye level or put something underneath it to tilt it up. But the magnification DOES work, so it's going to work for my dad.

To be fair, this product does exactly what it advertises, that is it magnifies the image from your cell phone and makes it bigger. That said, we were hoping to use this product at Church for our Primary class. Turns out you really need to keep in mind the "viewing angle". Had 5 little kids all standing, so they could be in front of this thing to see the image! If you use it by yourself to see an image, Great product!
