The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this KoolSiln 14,000 BTU unit for a few days now and the biggest surprise is how quiet it is. If you’re used to those old-school window ACs that rattle and roar all night, this is a total game changer. It’s honestly so much quieter—it's more like a steady hum that doesn't interfere with sleep or the TV. The cooling power is legit (14,000 BTU ASHRAE), and it cooled down my room way faster than I expected. One thing to note: the window venting kit takes a little bit of "brain power" to get a perfect fit. Depending on your window type, you might need to get creative with some weather stripping or foam to get it fully sealed, but it’s definitely doable. Overall, I'm really happy with the "3-in-1" functionality. It’s a solid, sleek-looking machine that actually does what the box says. Definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet! ... show more
