It Works Really Great!!! It Works a lot better than my old unit. It is compact and the size is perfect. The airflow is great and it provides a lot more airflow than most other models. Very easy to use and it only took me about 15 minutes to setup and install. It also keeps the room temperature exactly where I set the temperature at. It keeps the room temp at a constant temperature and keeps it very comfortable. I would highly recommend the unit for anyone who is looking for a Great portable A/C unit.

I am extremely disappointed with this air conditioner. It absolutely does not cool the 700 square feet advertised. It can barely keep my living room comfortable, even when it's been running for hours. If you're buying this expecting it to cool a large space, you're going to be very disappointed. On top of the poor cooling performance, this unit is incredibly loud. The fan and compressor are noisy enough to make it difficult to watch TV, have a conversation, or relax in the same room. It also shuts on and off frequently, which only makes the noise more noticeable. Another major downside is how bulky and awkward it is. Moving it from one room to another is a hassle, even with the wheels. It's much larger and heavier than I expected, and the design isn't very user-friendly. For the price, I expected a product that actually performed as advertised. Instead, I ended up with a loud, oversized unit that barely cools a single room. I wish I could return it and get my money back, but unfortunately I'm stuck with it. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your money on this air conditioner. There are much better options available. ONLY CHOOSE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO MY CHOICE WOULD BE ZERO STARS

Powerful cooling

This portable air conditioner exceeded my expectations. The installation was quick and straightforward, and everything I needed was included. The cooling power is impressive. My bedroom is on the third floor, where the central air conditioning doesn’t cool very well, but this unit made a huge difference. It cooled the room down quickly and kept it comfortable even on hot days. The remote control is convenient, and the unit is easy to operate. Overall, it’s powerful, efficient, and a great solution for rooms that need extra cooling. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Solid not flimsy and needs a longer exhaust hose ..Kept cool as a temporary setup. 100's f .worked

Was a great help during my other AC having compressor issue during 100 degree week! Took a while to setup . Note : Wished MFG would include a longer hose! It's only less then 5ft. only 59"s they say standard,( but the bends take up length on both connections. A 1ft'\12"s of length to fit properly and I had to elevate the unit just to reach window slider out. Unit is solid and has wheels on bottom so I used the ship'g bottom as a level and on top a sturdy base and leveled it. This was just a temporary set up but the unit kept the rooms cool. Had at 69f cool - low fan then pressed 3sec. for swing lid . side note: I did settings on unit, but the remote press fan for swing did not work nor sync with at unit settings. do manually. Quality of air okay for what the unit can do without humidity draining.. FYI .You have to drain and dry for storage later, even after use they give you a hose. (i will use my shopwet/vac):.. Noise ok for a what it does.

We are very happy with this portable AC. It cools the room quickly and does a great job keeping the space comfortable, even on hot days. The airflow is strong, and it wasn't difficult to set up. It also looks nice and doesn't take up too much space. We've been very pleased with its performance so far, and it has made a big difference in our home. Great portable AC unit!

I am so glad I bought this just in time for warm weather! I have an older AC unit in my house, and it’s too small for the size of my home, so it has a very hard time keeping up when it gets hot. This portable AC has significantly cooled down my house, and my upstairs has actually felt so much better than ever before. I can already tell it’s going to make a huge difference during the peak summer months. I usually just hang out downstairs all day because it becomes pretty unbearable on really hot days, but now I have much more flexibility. It has made my home feel more comfortable overall and has taken a lot of strain off my main unit. As far as the unit itself, it’s not too big compared to other models and fits nicely in the corner of my front room. I also like that it’s portable but still powerful, so I can leave it in one place or move it around as needed. I even appreciate that I could take it with me on vacation if needed, which adds extra value. It’s very easy to use, and my 6-year-old even understands how to operate it. The touch screen is a nice addition compared to other units I’ve seen and makes it feel more modern. Overall, it stands out to me as a step above other portable AC units I’ve come across.

I bought in March to have for the summer. My current Black and Decker unit is old and making noises so I wasn't sure it would make it through another summer. My bad for not installing it right away as this does affect the warranty. When I did install it 4 months later the breaker tripped every time the compressor would kick in. After trying it in multiple outlets in the house I contacted their customer service. They told me it needs a 20 amp service to run. All I have in all the rooms in the house less the kitchen are 15 amp. How on earth are these working in any house? Houses are not equipped with 20 amp services in bedrooms or living rooms. This is not mentioned in any of the literature on line. There is a tiny label on the cord that says needs 16 amps to run. THIS IS JUST SO BAD! I have three other units that are different brands in all my bedrooms and they work just fine. After many back and forth emails they credited me $100 of the $400 I spent. They basically told me to sell it or give it away. It went straight to the garbage can. I can't in good conscience sell this piece of junk to anyone. I contacted Amazon for help and even though it was out of the warranty period they gave me a $200 gift card. I thought that was very nice of them. I think they did realize I had a case here. I encouraged them to contact the manufacturer and have them change their website that clearly states this needs a 20 Amps outlet device and breaker to run. I can tell you positively if they put that in their website description no one will buy this thing. I think I'm very lucky to only lose $100 on this. Thank you Amazon for helping me out with the loss!! Very kind of you to do that

It is an okay product, but...

This unit is easy to set up, but i do have a problem... it claims that it can cool down 700 square feet, but that is not true. I set it up in a very small room that is completely enclosed to test it, and it never reaches the temperature i set it to. For example, it is currently 85 degrees outside, and i set it to 70 degrees with the max cooling setting. It has been running for almost 24 hours now and the coolest that room has gotten is 75 degrees, even at night. Other then that I do like this product... Although at this point I believe a window ac unit would be better.
