I have to be realistic and say that any DTF machine that you purchase requires a lot of maintenance requires a lot of attending to, but when you have SERVICE,great Customer Service backing you up at anytime of the day to help you get through these issues. It’s amazing. You will never find a DTF printer that you don’t have to maintain. These ones have great. Maintaining options as well. You have holiday mode for when you’re go a few days without using it so that way nothing clogs, but there hasn’t been an issue yet that I have had that they weren’t able to assist me with and fix if you’re looking to really expand your business. The best thing you can do is take that risk because it was an amazing risk that I took and it’s now paying for itself. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have the DTF machine and the shaker. I love that it is pink. It has features other machines that I looked at didn’t have. It comes with everything that you need to set up. I did get the package with the computer and I love the ease of not having to set up the software. Customer service is a 10/10. Quick responses and easy to communicate with any time. I wish I had of gotten the stand as well but that’s already Planned for the future. If there was a down side, it would be starting out I could have just purchased an oven instead of the whole set, but the times I’ve needed the shaker/oven I’ve been thankful. ... show more
