It comes vacuum sealed so be careful when you are cutting it open because it will expand and pop open. but after 72 hours it’s fully expanded and I love it. It’s just as pictured the only thing is, I thought it was a little Taller in height luckily, I’m small. I’m a petite woman so this couch is perfect. It’s very comfortable. It fits my living room great! It is larger as far as length so if you have a larger size living room this will definitely help fill the space. It’s firm. It’s solid. It’s built great, it feels soft and if I ever need to purchase this couch again I will! — and I’ll probably get it in black. I got it in the gray. I almost got it in black, but it would’ve take longer for the black to get here and this arrived before the predicted time as well. I’m very pleased with its purchase. The only thing is, I thought it would be slightly taller, but it’s great quality. I definitely recommend the purchase. I don’t think that you’re gonna be disappointed. It does come with the pillows. I think the biggest factor, is giving it the full three days to expand and you should be good! Highly recommend! very worth it!

Shipment was fast and each section came in its own compact box. Just open boxes and sofa poufs up fully in a couple of days. Most comfortable and sturdy couch ever. Also can easily configure sectional in multiple ways to fit your space. Seriously contemplating buying another since it’s a great value and it looks so luxurious and soft.

Love the couch, easy assemble. I had my gbabies over taking a nap on the pillow, they sleep hot so they sweat a little while napping. When my grandson woke up there was a slite smell of fish on his head? My family smelt his head then smelled the pillow an that’s where the odor came from. Weird rite? The other pillows did not smell. We sat in question like what’s going on. 2 hours later my other grandson takes a nap on the other pillow and sweats a little a the odor was on his head a pillow??? Has anyone had this happen? So here I’am drenching the pillow in heavy duty fabric Fabreeze? I know this is very strange. Any who I will see what it smells like in a little bit. I will try a wet a small spot an smell it? I have only had the couch now for about 3 weeks?

It’s lower than what I expected; however I bought some furniture lifters to see if that would help overall it is comfortable just sits low. Also the company is excellent with communication and goes over and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the product. For that they deserve a 5 star rating.

UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 9/15/25 3 stars for customer service. ONE STAR for furniture. It did not fit my family needs After this review the owner of this product contacted me. And apologized for the customer experience I had. And he refunded me! He was very kind and apologized for how his staff were trained to handle these situations. I told the manager I would update my review from once refund was received. My 3 star is a reflection of the product not being a good fit for my family. Not a reflection of the customer service I received after the manager stepped in. I appreciate their ability to walk through and understand why this couch did not work for my family unit of 7. It seems like this couch is made for a specific body type. And I am grateful the owner was able to respect and listen to my choice to return and refund the item. We will be donating this item to someone who could use a couch that is so low to the ground.
