Update 6/7/25- I reached out to the seller and explained my situation. They immediately told me that they would send me a replacement charger. I appreciate this kind of customer service and I hope this charger lasts longer. We shall see. I plan to come back and update you all. I bought this charger for my PC January 16,2025; however, it just randomly went out May 29, 2025. There are no signs of damage, failure, and it hasn't been dropped or anything. I'm not sure if it was faulty from the beginning or on the shelf too long or what, but it only gave me about 4.5 good months. I've checked all of my electronic devices with multiple outlets and even the surg protectors and I do not have problems with anything going on in the house or other appliances. I wish I could get a replacement because it worked really well. I'm not even sure how to get in contact with the seller and/or manufacturer. ... show more
