This couch is VERY comfortable! As all the other reviews rave about it is wonderful to not have to assemble anything. Just remove from the box, carefully remove from plastic wrap and allow it time to expand. It's the most favorite spot in our house for the whole family now. Our family of 5 fits very comfortably on it. The backrest is very low, so it's much more for lounging on which suits us perfectly. Its firm but gives in just the right way so no pressure points. Its very sturdy! The fabric is so soft and easy to wipe clean and it has a zipper so you can remove the whole cover! We had an issue with one of our sections and I reached out to the seller and they were extremely prompt in reply and they solved the entire issue without any headache at all! Fantastic product; fantastic customer service. Its a win all around!

Excellent couch. Got the chaise and the ottoman one in black. Expands nicely and very easily. I would put it against a wall so you can put extra pillows behind the main pillows if you are tall. Couch is firm but it will gradually soften as time goes on. If you have small kids this couch is the safest couch as there is nothing hard on it. My 4 yr old grandson loves to jump on it and also take a nap. The fabric is soooo comfortable and soft. Wipe up messes easily. Can move ottoman to middle or one side. It fits a lot of us. It’s worth it. I was tired of looking for couches that were not comfortable and were expensive.

The media could not be loaded. We love this couch. I read all the reviews and looked at all the pictures for weeks before deciding to buy. Opening it with my family was fun and exciting! The material is soft and the couch is decently firm. We have hard wood floors so the grips on the bottom are perfect to prevent sliding or moving so it is very sturdy. I think it is a great value for the money. It came in 4 boxes over 3 days which the reviews prepared me for that! It is a little heavy in the boxes but once unboxed it’s pretty simple to move around even with the grips on the bottom. The back support is not great but we only have our living room, no other “lounging” room so we truly use this couch to lounge and watch tv and movies. However, if you want to sit upright you can. My fiancé is 6’3” and he is comfortable. If you want to sit upright you just have to adjust the pillows or add extra throw pillows like we did! This is not a “waiting room” type of couch and if you really need the back support you can put it up against the wall and there you go! I recommend especially for big families like ours (6)!
