As a young adult, I have only ever purchased one other sofa in my life and that was some overpriced Ashley furniture loveseat, and it was awful. This sofa... thhiiisss dang sofa. 10/10. I was so skeptical but I thought ya know, I'm not about to buy some fancy $1k sofa this go around. I want something simple and comfy and fits my rather small home. Shipping: both boxes arrived like a week earlier than estimated, which was a great surprise. Unboxing: each piece (I have the 2 piece version) came in its own box. Fairly heavy boxes but I dragged them inside easily. The pieces are air tight wrapped into plastic. Slides out of boxes easily. Unwrapping: I used scissors and just... cut carefully. The second you cut the layer closest to the sofa and air hits it, it starts to expand very very fast. No fumes or weird smells. It was a tad bit fuzzy so once they were expanded I did a quick vacuum over each sofa piece and pillow. Set up: once the pieces were unwrapped and expanded, theyre slightly heavy/bulky pieces but they move easily, push and pull. It took maybe 3 hours for both pieces and pillows to be fully poofed. I floofed my pillows a bit to help them along and take shape. The fabric is so incredibly soft and with daily use, 2 cats and a border collie, its also holding up incredibly well. Its been a couple/few weeks abd so far, zero complaints. Its pretty firm but not like you're sitting on a hard bench or anything. There's just enough give for it to be supportive and comfortable. I have it backed up to a large living room window. The back of the sofa is lower than your typical sofa, but the pillows help with this. Again- its very comfortable and I have zero complaints. If you want full back support and or to be able to lean back and rest your head while still sitting upright- this isnt for you. Read the description carefully, study the dimensions carefully, read the reviews, before purchasing. I am so happy I took a chance and bought this. I will come back and leave an update in a few months :)

After a lot of "window shopping" for a new sectional sofa, I saw this one and fell in love with the style and the price. Lived with our new sofa for a couple of weeks now, and we just love it more and more. It is firm, but comfortable, fabric is soft and it is easy to set up and move around. The only downside is that the back of the sofa is too low to completely support the back pillows, but I fixed that with rectangular bolster pillows placed behind the back pillows. This sofa replaces a 12 year old Ikea sectional that was more expensive and not nearly as comfy. I just wish there was a way to order replacement covers in case I want to change the color!

This couch is VERY comfortable! As all the other reviews rave about it is wonderful to not have to assemble anything. Just remove from the box, carefully remove from plastic wrap and allow it time to expand. It's the most favorite spot in our house for the whole family now. Our family of 5 fits very comfortably on it. The backrest is very low, so it's much more for lounging on which suits us perfectly. Its firm but gives in just the right way so no pressure points. Its very sturdy! The fabric is so soft and easy to wipe clean and it has a zipper so you can remove the whole cover! We had an issue with one of our sections and I reached out to the seller and they were extremely prompt in reply and they solved the entire issue without any headache at all! Fantastic product; fantastic customer service. Its a win all around!

Came in four boxes, 2 came one day 2 came the next. Was a little worried when I only got tracking for one box until I asked the seller. For the price I would say you cannot beat the price. My only complaint is it is a little low to the ground, so probably not good for people who have trouble standing up. I find it firm and comfortable even before giving it the whole three days to expand fully, don't think it will grow much but it doesn't need to was the perfect size or a large couch someone could sleep on if needed. I highly recommend for anyone wanting a large couch that might be hard to get into the space if it was a more expensive wood framed couch. At the end of the day the price and how easy it is to get into a space more expensive furniture would be hard to get into. The photos do not do justice to the size.

I saw this couch recommended in a group and I’m not going to lie, I was apprehensive after seeing it came in a box! But after reading all the reviews, we decided to order. It arrived a week earlier than it said it would, boxes and packaging were easy to open. I let it sit and expand while my kids climbed on me and within no time we were all testing it out! The couch is soft and very comfortable, my kids were lounging (and jumping) on the ottoman (notice the trampoline 🥴) and there was no sinking / shape changes. If anything, it’s a little bouncy! I love that nothing can get trapped underneath or in between the cushions like previous couches. There were no weird odors etc after opening and it was comfy to lay on right away! Honestly, this is THEE couch to have if you have small children and are tired of spending a ton of money on couches that are just going to fall apart! This is actually more comfortable than my previous name brand couch. 10/10 would recommend! Also, the backing / pillows are high enough to rest comfortably without issue! Don’t second guess purchasing…do it!

Couch is super comfortable and way bigger than expected. My kids love it, easy to move around, very easy to set up, very functional, looks and feels amazing. I was questioning the back support from reading other reviews but we have had no issues, the back pillows are thick and sturdy which really helps with the back support. Their customer service is beyond excellent, I had an issue that wasn’t their fault and they immediately got back to me, and went above and beyond to fix something for me.
