After a lot of "window shopping" for a new sectional sofa, I saw this one and fell in love with the style and the price. Lived with our new sofa for a couple of weeks now, and we just love it more and more. It is firm, but comfortable, fabric is soft and it is easy to set up and move around. The only downside is that the back of the sofa is too low to completely support the back pillows, but I fixed that with rectangular bolster pillows placed behind the back pillows. This sofa replaces a 12 year old Ikea sectional that was more expensive and not nearly as comfy. I just wish there was a way to order replacement covers in case I want to change the color! ... show more

This couch is VERY comfortable! As all the other reviews rave about it is wonderful to not have to assemble anything. Just remove from the box, carefully remove from plastic wrap and allow it time to expand. It's the most favorite spot in our house for the whole family now. Our family of 5 fits very comfortably on it. The backrest is very low, so it's much more for lounging on which suits us perfectly. Its firm but gives in just the right way so no pressure points. Its very sturdy! The fabric is so soft and easy to wipe clean and it has a zipper so you can remove the whole cover! We had an issue with one of our sections and I reached out to the seller and they were extremely prompt in reply and they solved the entire issue without any headache at all! We have had this for a couple months now and we are IN LOVE! It is so firm, but soft and very cozy! My uncle and cousin slept on it when they came to visit and said they want one for their house now! My son is 6 and jumps on it and it's so sturdy and not affected by his roughness on it. It is heavy when it comes to assembling, so if you have the extra person, it makes it so much easier! Couch is super comfortable and way bigger than expected. My kids love it, easy to move around, very easy to set up, very functional, looks and feels amazing. I was questioning the back support from reading other reviews but we have had no issues, the back pillows are thick and sturdy which really helps with the back support. My wife picked out this couch to replace our old love seat and sofa. They are pretty comfortable and they look really nice. I gave them a full 72 hours to fully open up and "inflate". It is big enough that 4 of us can fit on it pretty comfortably without feeling squished together. I love the ottoman, I am 6ft and can easily just stretch out wherever i want by sliding the ottoman. My only complaint about the couch is the back is very low and the cushions fold over the back so if you like to just lean back against the couch and relax, this does not work well without cramming a second cushion or pillow behind it. My wife is short and it isn't an issue for her and the kids just lay on it however they want, but for me it sucks to have to stuff something behind the back cushion so I can sit upright comfortably. ... show more

I love this couch. I have a small apartment and my kids have the bedrooms, my room is in the living room. This makes my living room look like. Well a living room but so easy to sleep on the couch as a bed too. This is my daily sleeper and family couch and it may be new but it's flippin' PERFECT. Looks so good. Each box was about 75-80#. Only thing. Give it a quick vacuum as some fuzz loosens but that's expected with a new couch. I got the 2 seat with & ottoman. This can definitely fit more people. Cat hair and dirt wipe off easy and it's not lumpy like a cheap version This couch exceeded my expectations. I want to get the single versions for my kids beds. We love it so much ... show more
