The couch is very comfortable and has that soft “cloud couch” feel that makes it great for relaxing or watching TV. I also like the modular design because it allows you to arrange the sections in different ways depending on your space. The U-shape is perfect for seating multiple people, and the sleeper feature is a nice bonus when guests stay over. So first it came 6 days early. Initially when I was ordering I was really sceptical. I was like for the price it's going to be really small or not comfortable and how on earth would I return it if I don't like it. My friend has one but got hers through tic tok shop. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger and there wasn't a lot of reviews so I wasn't feeling too certain. However when I got it like I said it came 6 days early. It came in 3 boxes. It was so incredibly easy to set up. Now that I have had it for approximately a week. I can say it is comfortable. The fabric is soft. The couch itself is soft but firm. It gives me hope that this will last. So far it is so much better than the couch I had that I got from a furniture store locally. This is easy to move around and rearrange. If you can't have the back against the wall don't do it. Obviously the back is really low, low enough to be a problem for most people but it literally just sags straight back when you lean on it. Like folds backwards. Rendering this merely an overpriced cushion. Also I had to unzip it and reach in and pry apart several areas that did not inflate. Troubleshooting option leads nowhere, seemingly not for the right product. I really let the reviews convince me to try this thing and feeling so dumb. It's uncomfortable even to lay on vs sit as intended. I cannot stress how useless the back of this couch is. If your living room set up prevents you from putting your couch against the wall it 100% will not work for you at all. Steer clear. ... show more
