I was apprehensive to get this couch because of how firm the couch seemed to be on the reviews. It was the perfect size for my apartment, and not many options to chose from, so I went ahead and purchased it. It’s a beautiful couch! Well made for the price and extremely spacious. I have the love seat and ottoman and two tall people can lounge on it so comfortably. I have had this couch for a month now and wanted to give an honest review and also get the opinions of friends who have come over and sat on it. We all love it. It’s firm, but not uncomfortable at all and it feels like the shape will hold up nicely over the years. It’s deep, and an oversized feel so it is super cozy. The color is stunning. My friends say it’s one of the most comfortable couches they have sat on in a nyc apartment. The storage ottoman is so spacious. Only rating a 4/5 because the back cushions could have a bit more stuffing. Overall the back and the seat cushions are the perfect place to lounge in after a long day. I love this firm but comfortable sectional. The green material is very soft & striking looking. It’s extremely easy to assemble, however since it was shipped on different days, the first two boxes had no directions which was frustrating.

The couch looks nice, I love the color (orange), but it's very uncomfortable. The bottom cushions are hard, which I don't believe i can do anything about and the back and armrest cushions aren't nearly full enough.

This couch is absolutely gorgeous and of excellent quality, but the seat cushions are hard as a rock. I’ve bought several couches, that would be considered “firm”, but these are beyond firm. Ok. The couch arrived in 5 separate boxes and each box arrived on a different day. No big deal other than the fact that the boxes are HUGE and were sitting in front of my apartment each day, until I arrived home. Assembly was fairly easy but took time. My best advice would be to unpack and assemble one modular at a time, as there are several pieces per box. The back and arm cushions needed more stuffing. I ended up buying several bags of Polyfill and stuffed them to the max. This made the couch look even more expensive (see my video). I also upgraded the feet of the couch, as the ones that came with it were too small (width and height), and looked very basic. Total cost for the feet upgrade was $100 (see my video). Overall, I love the couch and receive soooo many compliments on the color. I hope it softens up over time, because as of right now, no one can lounge comfortably on it. I was hesitant to order another piece of furniture online, but this is fabulous for the price! All 3 boxes arrived before the estimated date. I recommend washing the covers before it fully inflates & making sure to notice that the footrest is taller than the cushion seats on the sofa. The color is fabulous. I did not wait for it to fully inflate to sit on it. There was a ton of shredding of threads that came off during the first washing of the inside of the covers. Firm cushioning, but not too solid. I was hesitant of the height as I started putting it together, but once it was finished, it is perfect. I recommend having a second set of hands to help, especially with holding the covers together to zip. The instructions, if you can call them that, are very sparse.
