The material is soft and its been holding up to my 6 year old and 2 German Sheppards for almost a week now. Im 6'8 and 250lbs and its pretty comfortable for me to lie down on and body slam my kid into. You'll want to grab some extra cushions for the back side, put it on a rug, and slide it into a corner for best results. Both packages are vaccume sealed and boneless so I was able to throw them them down a flight of stairs instead of carrying them without any damage. The Set up was easy, I just had to beat the couch up a bit over a few days to fill the shape. My dogs and kid were happy to help. Be aware, the boxes probably won't show up at the same time and you'll get an "order delivered" message after the first one arrives from Amazon. I assumed something was wrong but customer service was on point and Jaden reached out personally to ensure my delivery arrived. Bottom line, its comfy, easy to move, delivered to your doorstep, and can be set up by one person in less than 10 minutes. If you have kids or pets this is a no-brainer and I was really impressed with the engagement from customer service.

How on earth does a sectional couch come in a box! Lol, but once we removed it and cut the plastic the magic began. The couch formed very nicely and it is big! The material is soft and plush and very firm and sturdy. It’s ver comfortable and has great back support. If you are looking for great quality and affordability, then this is the couch for you. Delivery was fast but expect 2 separate boxes but don’t worry bc it’s big! So Happy I chose this couch over all the different options.

1st communication between vendor & myself was outstanding. They provided updates through text & followed up after we received our couches to see if they met our expectations. The couches, which we purchased 2, 1 dark gray & other black looked very elegant, they’re extremely comfortable & highly recommend to see for yourself. Set up was easy as my brother did it himself. We received many compliments from our guests! As shown in pics, we decided to give it a more modern look by mixing up the pillows between the 2 couches. Again, I highly recommend buying these couches, can’t beat the price, quality, & customer service.

We received the peices on 3 different days but that is the only complaint! Each peice fluffed up after the said 72 hours even the pillows fluffed great! It is extremely sturdy as my children have been running on the back of it since day 1. Just as soft as described and very comfortable. Perfect height for a 5' 7 person to sit down fully with legs not raised over the couch line. Contacted the seller to ask where the other 2 couchs where and responded in a timely fashion and very courteous.

Bought this couch for my apartment and had it for a month. It came within a week of ordering so that was a great sign! And let me tell you - has it exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money. It’s sturdy but SO COMFY. It was quite heavy but it expanded literally within less than 24hrs so it’s easy to assemble if you’re single and don’t got a guy to help yah (haha). Safe to say my dog and I have abandoned my bed at this point and turned the couch into a bed so it’s quite functional and again so comfy. The color is a nice neutral beige and aesthetically pleasing overall. Really grateful for this cozy sectional especially for the winter!

Product not true to picture. I ordered a beige color and what I got was a yellowish peach color. The couch is secured in a plastic tightly compressed so once opened it would be impossible to repackage and return or exchange. I’ve contacted the seller to see if they can just send me a cover for it in a different color and they said it was not possible. The couch itself is a great size (131”) and very soft. It’s a shame the color is wrong so just be careful and try to look at it before taking it out the plastic completely.

Very comfortable and works great with my long narrow living room. Dimensions were spot on. I’ve now had it for a little over a year with my dog only causing one small rip so fairly durable with the way he jumps around! The one down fall is there is no way to connect the 3 pieces so they tend to slid apart slightly even with slip resistant bottom.

Boxes shipped fast 1 day apart from each other. Not too heavy. Easy to unroll and open. Love the couch. Extremely comfortable and soft to the touch. I'm 6'3" and it's comfortable sitting or laying. The only problem I have is that it's low to the ground. Not a deal killer because I knew it was 17" inches tall seat before I purchased it. Extremely happy with it.
