My dryer was bought in nov 2022 and the door hinge spring broke off and the customer service was amazing. The dryer was really easy to put together. I literally took only about 15 mins to complete this project. It was used to dry my wig and the wig came out perfectly fine .

I love this dryer. I have to admit when I first got it, it looked different but after l used a couple of times I love it. The cylinder design directs the heat to hair and not my face and neck therefore I'm are as hot. It also cuts down on drying time. I will recommend this.

Compré este secador para hacerme el pelo en casa y fue una buena elección , solo antes de usarlo debes pre calentar el secador 10 minutos antes .el calor no es muy exagerado pero seca tu pelo bien . Si alguien quiere un secador cómodo y no caro este es una buena elección

If I could give this negative stars I would. Bought this item a few months ago and have only used it twice and it’s completely burned out and no longer works at all. I’m super heated!!!
