Lovely shade house!
Color: Gray Size: 12x20 Ft
I bought this about 6 months ago and so far it is doing great. The construction is sturdy and the look is beautiful. It did come with some missing pieces, which is a downfall, but we were able to make other things work in their place. I get lots of compliments on how nice this shade house is. Would recommend if you are looking for a beautiful shade house! For the most part, the rain doesn't come through a majority of the top but there are drainage holes throughout the top piece so the water on top will eventually drain but sometimes puddles do accumulate and weigh the top down some so be mindful of that, I check on mine after a heavy rainfall and assist the water with draining so it doesn't weigh it down. The directions to assemble could be a lot clearer, but if you have experience putting together large items you will do ok. Took 2 people about 4 hours to build, mostly trying to figure out the instructions. Provides a ton of shade! The wind will sometimes push the top back but you can easily slide it back. ... show more

Ninty Step?
Color: Khaki Size: 10x13 Ft
The directions were impossible to follow. For example, they referred to the "ninty step" for a specific hole and then had an arrow with a big X. I found an online video that someone posted and it helped with the assembly a bit, but mostly we just guessed.

Check for all the pieces.
Color: Gray Size: 10x13 Ft
The item was okay for my backyard. There was a piece missing so we had to contact the company . We purchased this in July and as of now we haven't received it. The instructions were written pretty bad. It took us 2days to put together because of the instructions. Omg!!

Worth the installation hassle
Color: Gray Size: 10x10 Ft
There are a lot of parts and the instructions are terrible, but once assembled it works well and is a good value

Not durable
Color: Gray Size: 12x20 Ft
Review Image by Huy P. Huy P.
After only a couple of months of use, the fabric is bulging in the center which leads to rain water pooling instead of draining. We are in a dry area, so there hasn’t been much rain- just a little has rendered the fabric unsightly and useless, which defeats the entire purpose of this item. The sun has also rapidly changed the color of the fabric. It’s not too difficult to assemble (although the directions aren’t great), and looks nice initially- but it shouldn’t be expected to last. Find something else if you’re wanting to get more than one season of use. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The directions were hard af to follow. I messed up twice putting it together. Those pictographs were NOT my friend…. IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and was definitely worth the hassle.

Gorgeous and so sturdy!
Color: Gray Size: 12x20 Ft
Assembly was straightforward, and I did it myself in about two hours. The top canopy is waterproof, so you can enjoy rainy days underneath. It's a great value!
