We have used this thing less than a year, and we have had several problems. The machine is losing these little balls that look like bbs. We do not know where they belong. We are having problems with the presser plate going down it is getting more difficult day by day. The plate does not stay level. Just to many issues with no ideas on how to fix.

Once you read the instructions this heat press is pretty easy to use. The different heat levels are nice and I don't mind the way this press looks. The function of the press is fairly easy to operate and the build quality is sufficient.

Pedí esta plancha sin saber si me iba a funcionar y realmente supero lo que esperaba. Llego super bien embalada y protegida, al momento de armar sus instrucciones fueron bien precisas y realmente me sorprendí gratamente de lo rápido que llega a la temperatura, su función abatible es genial porque no corres el riesgo de quemarte y el poder retirar la bandeja te ayuda mucho al momento de colocar tu pieza. solo me falta probar la función de los platos. si la recomiendo? siiii totalmente en relación precio/valor esta super bien.
