Fantastic deal. For the 14x12 shed I’m ~$1,000 into it including a nice treated base. Honestly couldn’t even get another shed this size for twice the price. Had about 8-10 hours into assembly, 1/3 of the time was trying to interpret what the directions said to do and then another 1/3 was removing the film from all the panels. I read the reviews before buying and honestly I think the quality is a little better than I expected. The directions are as bad as the other reviews said and if you are not to some degree mechanically inclined, I’m not sure this would be the shed for you. It’s not air tight however could be with a can or two of spray foam. Only gripe outside the instructions lacking would be the panels having air gaps at the tops and bottoms. I feel like if I don’t somehow cover them this thing will turn into a giant wasp nest in the next week.

Lightweight material but not expecting too much for the price. Do not expect to hang anything from the walls. The instructions were mostly drawings and some better than others. The times there was text, it may have made it worse. No mention of how to tie it down and you do want to do that. This shed weighs about 200# and is a pretty big sail. There are some slots in the floor frame that could be used as tie points. I tied it down before putting the roof on. I think it took me 6 - 8 hours working by myself to fully assemble. All parts and fasteners were there with a few extra but some items were just enough...don't lose any. Water will run under it and maybe come in at the base of the walls a little (not positive about that) It works for me but it you want much more that a space to put a mower and such you may want more than this. Shelving or racks will be needed and should not be attached to the walls/roof. Everything did fit pretty well. I had some issue with screw hole alignment on the roof panels but likely did not get the base quite as square as I should have. There is an admonition in the instructions on that point. Of course it does not say HOW to do it just that you need to do it. I was close but it seems could have done better. 4 stars out of 5 because just isn't that great a shed although I think it lives up to the description.

You need an area 3 times the size of the shed to identify, sort parts and assemble. Do not attempt to assemble with a wind higher than 3 mph. A minimum of 2 people is needed to assemble. Pay close attention to the screw hole spacing for side and roof panels. Directions are a little vague. There is some assemble and disassemble for roof supports, do not over the screws. Once completed, it’s very sturdy.

This is the most difficult shed to put together. They use tiny nuts and bolts and the instructions are terrible. It is flimsy and I reinforced it with lumber inside on the roof beams It isn’t a one person job at all. I purchased it for a shack for the grandkids to camp out in. I’m thinking a stick built would have been easier in the long run. Bring your patience with this one!!

The material seems of fair quality but the instructions, horrible. Not 1 word throughout the 20 pages of pictures. You have to look at the pictures & figure it out. Luckily the parts were labeled as stated. Assembly required for sure. My wife helped me and it still took hours. Now I know why it's so low priced. Not sure how durable it is yet. Seems Ok after putting it together. There is no floor or bottom to this shed. So a mat or platform to place it on will also be needed. It's not as big as the pictures either. The ladder in the other picture must be a step ladder.

Worth it for the price. Easy to build until you get to the door and the door brace where nothing really matches up but easy to solve with some creativity, I drilled and used rivets which actually made it more sturdy. Easy to mount to the floor with deck screws to the treated lumber of your choice, I used 9 treated 2x4's. Cost of the floor......about 60 dollars. I would suggest silicone caulk for added weather protection and revisiting the build to do creative upgrades where you can, rivets make for an easy upgrade on some parts of the build to make it even more sturdy. The pictures reflect that I haven't finished the latch yet (ran out of time) or removed the protective plastic film. All in all worth it. Thinking about getting another one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Low cost, quality representative to price. Takes several hours to assemble, took 2 days. would advise to have at least 2 people preferably 4. Instructions are not very good. Don’t over tighten screws, I used cordless drill on lowest torque setting and that was still too much for some of the screw holes. Not the best seals to bugs/rodents out. Make sure you try to get the joints and straight/level/plumb/square, or when you get to the end you’re going to be fighting getting the last roof pieces on.

This took two full days to put together, but I was on my own. Having a second would have made things much easier. There was a crazy amount of parts and some things did not fit together perfectly. However, if you are even a little bit handy, you can figure out how to make it work. I do wish that the door was a little higher. I am 5'10", and have to duck under it. However, you do get a ton of square footage for the price! I would recommend it to anyone!
