The built-in high-temperature cutoff prevents charging temperatures from exceeding 50 C. In addition, the battery can be recharged in three ways, including a lithium iron phosphate battery charger (14.6V 20A charger recommended with only 5 hours of fast charge time), a solar panel with controller, and an alternator (generator).

This battery will not stop taking a charge on 2 separate battery charging systems. I have a Noco charger and a brand new Fusion onboard charger for my boat and neither can get these batteries beyond the half way point. It just keeps charging and causing my chagers to heat up. It doesnt seem very safe for me to actually install these in my boat for fear and risk of damaging my system and boat. What is bad is they sent me 2 batteries (one i paid for and one that I didnt and both are doing the exact same thing. On the other hand i have 3 other lithium batteries that are doing just fine. Even if i switch the leads the issue follows. So this tells me that this isnt a charging station issue but an issue with the batteries themselves. The volts read fine but what ever tells them to stop taking a charge isn't working at all. Now i have to figure out how to return both batteries and let them know that they both have the same issue without getting charged.

I got two of these and it works terrific with my existing Oupes power station. I imagine they would work the same with any power station, you just have to buy the right connectors. I use two of these instead of buying $1000 additional Oupes battery.
