  • So far, so good
Style: 12V 100Ah Group 31(2 Pack)
Only had them for a few days. I bought these two,100ah batteries, to set up a 200ah 12v system. I'm running a AC powered fridge off a 3000watt inverter. I gave them a full charge, 14.5v is where I think the charger charged them to. I left the charger go untill it showed a full charge. after hitting 14.5 the charger stayed around that voltage for a couple hours before it stopped charging. It was probably equalizing the cells. After unhooking the charger they settled to 13.8. I hooked them up and left them run my inverter with the fridge on all night. Also ran some lights before I went to bed. In the morning, the voltage was down to 13.3v. I have them hooked up to my solar power and they are charging back up. Only took a couple's of hours to reach 13.6v. I'd say these are good batteries. I only have 520watts of solar with a pwm controller. Waiting on an upgraded mppt controller to be delivered. With a mppt controller combined with these batteries, I should have power for days. Lol. Note, make sure you give them a full charge before using. I have the batteries wired in parallel to get maximum amp hours. ... show more

I've been buying the Dyness Lifepo4 batteries, 13 of them, for about a year, building my off grid/solar camper system. I have 10 in a 2x5/24v - 4K inverter set up for air conditioner (8Kbtu inverter), microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooktop with separate power cord. I have 3 in parallel/12v for "house" power, with a 2kw inverter and my 30 amp camper power cord plugged in to it with a 30 to 15 amp adapter. Runs all the normal camper stuff. Have had absolutely no problem with any of the batteries and were more economical than most other brands. BTW, 16x100watt panels (2×8/24v) for the 24v 4K set up and 8x100 watt panels in parallel for the 12v system. ... show more

  • Great battery for a solar setup
Style: 12V 100Ah Group 31(2 Pack)
Easy install, was able to quickly swap out my AGM for these in a parallel connection. They charged up very fast to full once I received them and hold their charge really well. They are so much lighter than my old setup and are a lot more energy dense than my last set of batteries. Overall I think these are great and will probably be expanding to more soon! ... show more

  • Seemed to have long life.
Style: 12V 100Ah Group 31(2 Pack)
Bought 2 Dyness 100ah batteries for electric outage emergencies. One can be solar charging while other is in use. I tested by running my 17cuft. kitchen fridge for 12 hours on a 1500watt PSW inverter. Also charged a few phones, ran a small fan. Started with 13.5 Volts and ended with 13 & never went below 80%. I was very pleased. I’m sure I can get 24 hours. I reached out to Dyness with a question and they went overboard with advice. They asked several questions about my application and offered good advice. Then they reached out to request I let them know how my test went. Never got hot when I charged with 10amp LifePo4 charger, nor during use. ... show more
