I purchased this sofa for my kid's bonus room. While the sofa is aesthetically pleasing, there are several critical points to be aware of before making a purchase. Firstly, the communication was extremely poor. The initial notification was to confirm my information via text but did not indicate it was related to my Amazon purchase. I had to message within the Amazon app to confirm it wasn't a scam. The notification stated that order, address, and telephone confirmation were required to schedule an appointment for delivery. However, this appointment was never scheduled. Instead, the logistics company simply showed up with my sofa unannounced. Secondly, the assembly process was highly problematic. Upon unboxing, it was evident that little care was taken to ensure proper installation. As the purchaser, you are required to pre-drill holes for each sofa foot before attaching them. This task is complicated by the need to cut away the thick Cambric Dust Cover material covering the bottom of the sofa. Attempting to pre-drill through this material quickly shut down my drill. Additionally, the soft and beautiful bunny fur corduroy material is not cut away from where the feet should fit, necessitating further trimming. This resulted in a significant mess, with fur flying throughout the room and being cumbersome to clean up. The manufacturer needs to consider their customers' experience. If the product cannot be easily assembled by the consumer, it should not be advertised as such. Please make necessary changes to the product or its description to avoid misleading potential buyers.

The media could not be loaded. I am in Love with my beautiful comfortable sectional. The Assemble was so easy. I really Love the pull out bed it's easy to pull out in easy to put back in I fall asleep every time and I can't even finish watching the movie. The videos and pictures are there but it's so much better in person it's very comfortable what are you waiting for buy right now you will not be disappointed! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

I absolutely love this couch! It looks just like the picture & the delivery was fast. It is very spacious as well. The only downside was the assembly was extremely difficult despite how little steps there are to it. The screw holes did not line up at all, we ended up having to drill our own. Other than that, it was actually very easy to put together. I definitely recommend getting it if you are on the fence about it!
