This is my first electric scooter and I’m very impressed. The controls are easy to use, the disc brakes work well, and it clips along for me (168 lbs). The real story will be told over time.

This is my 2nd electric scooter purchase for commuting downtown Chicago, meant to be an upgrade from the 1st 'budget' ride. I'll start with the positives...the suspension is pretty good, and necessary. The large platform is pretty comfortable and feels solid. Now the negatives....customer support is nonexistent, I asked a simple question a while ago with nothing but crickets. The power is very underwhelming, particularly compared to a coworkers scoot that looks almost identical with different controller and colors. The brakes started squeaking almost immediately, but work well. The USB port started sizzling and smoking the first time I tried to use it, I'm pretty surprised the thing actually still runs at all. If you're thinking about buying this scooter I'd recommend looking at something else. ... show more

Wow! Was not expecting it to have the torque that is has! Goes up steep hills about 5-10 mph on max settings. Get a little over 25 mph on flat ground max settings. Does great on grass and dirt trails. Very impressed, definitely exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend for city or outdoor exploring.
