Sleep Mode Works Amazingly Well!
I can’t stand noisy AC units disrupting rest, and this mini split nails it. Activate sleep mode, and the indoor unit gets incredibly quiet. No annoying hum or rushing airflow noise to wake me up. The lights dim down too, so I can enjoy a fully dark room while staying cool all night long."

Installation was way smoother than I expected
The instruction manual laid everything out clearly, which made it simple for my HVAC installer to follow. All required fittings came included with this 12000 BTU mini split ac. Once everything was hooked up, it fired up right away and delivers consistent, refreshing cooling for my room. Couldn’t ask for a better setup experience with this ductless mini split system. ... show more

Bad compressor on delivery - no way to contact directly
Set name: 115V, 17SEER2, White
Installed, and compressor bad. Installed professionally and tested. No way to get in touch with company other than Amazon AI chat which was useless. Very unhappy with the lack of ways to get support- just need a new outdoor unit. Wouldn’t buy and do not recommend simply due to no clear path of communication with the manufacturer or unit seller. Wall fan works great but need more than a fan!!! Instructions for install were not too great either. Rating is zero stars but AMZ requires at least one to post ... show more

Love how steady it keeps the room temperature
On the hottest summer afternoons, this mini split holds the temperature perfectly. The inverter tech cycles gently instead of constantly turning on and off. It’s efficient and reliable, and I haven’t run into any hiccups after days of daily use. Great pick for medium-sized rooms.

Very quiet
Set name: 115V, 17SEER2, White
Very quiet. Love it. I bought the 12,000 btu for a 750 sq ft cabin. It does a great job keeping the immediate living area cold but even with a ceiling fan it doesn’t travel to other rooms as I was hoping it would. May add another for bedroom NEED BETTER INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOVING FRONT COVER TO CLEAN THE FILTERS. ... show more

Installation went smoothly with clear instructions
I had a licensed HVAC installer handle the installation, and he mentioned everything was well organized. The installation kit included what we expected, and the manual and video were easy to follow beforehand. The system started up without any issues. If you're looking for a mini split AC that's straightforward to install and operate, this one is worth considering. ... show more

Such an energy saver for brutal summer heat!

I plan to install this 12,000 BTU mini split air conditioner in my room. When the temperature rises sharply, it can blow out cold air immediately. The inverter setting does significantly reduce its power consumption, so I hope I will no longer feel uneasy when opening the electricity bill every month. In addition, I heard that this pipeless mini split air conditioning/heating system is also extremely soft in terms of noise - guests have never complained about the noise they hear during rest. ... show more
