We did an attic conversion to make 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a sitting room. We got a mini split to put in each end of the house (bedrooms) since the bedrooms only have one window each and didn't want them obstructed with a window unit... we couldn't be more pleased with how comfortable these make our home. Before we had the mini split, the temperature difference upstairs was unreal. Ok so I cant tell you how it works because its a scam item they don't tell you everything about it first you need a hvac installer install it but what they don't say is it needs a dedicated circuit on the out side of the house so you'll need an electrician to install that to I asked for a refund and they sent me there address but no shipping label and won't refund me tell they get it back ... show more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this wall unit. The only reason for four opposed to five, the air vents basically stay in one direction and the accumulation of brown/black liquid is concerning. The unit itself, quite the charm for our studio house with a loft. We do hear complaints though that the a/c does not reach the loft and we have it mounted directly adjacent. The air vents only point down and so we have to add fans too. ... show more

Overall unit is working well in the Texas heat. Amazed at how quiet the unit is compared to my old 220 dinosaur window unit. Instructions could be more detailed. The unit temperature sensor seems read about to degrees higher than actual room temperature. Only installed on May 16th so I will do a follow up review next May. Kit came with everything needed for the install, from what my eye can see the quality is comparable to other higher priced brands i have installed. Took a chance on this since it was so cheap, time will tell how well these units are built.

I’ve bought mini splits in the past and wasn’t a huge fan. Granted they were 220v mini splits and kept overloading my box. I got the 110v of this version and it works perfect. I really like the filter on the top that allows me to change it without opening the casing. Instructions are just ok but I was able to google/ai to figure things out. Evacuated the lines and set a dedicated circuit and this thing works great! I’m very pleased and plan on buying another one for a different room. It’s also way quieter than my past mini split (pioneer) and I run it constantly without a problem. Definitely recommended. ... show more
