Overall, a well-built mini-split AC unit. Great value. Delivery: FAST. The vendor shipped the unit within 24 hours of my order. Packing: SOLID. It came in two packages—one for the indoor unit and one for the outdoor unit. Both arrived well-packaged with no damage. Accessories: It came with 16.4 ft copper pipes, communication wire, and a full installation kit, except for the hardwire cable to the circuit breaker (which the technician will handle). Installation: We hired a professional with over 15 years of experience installing mini-splits. No issues, it was installed perfectly. Our tech mentioned that installation is crucial to the performance of a mini-split system, and even a minor mistake during installation could cause malfunctions. Performance: Quiet and powerful. Cools down very quickly. It also has a Wi-Fi function, so I can control the unit with my phone, which is great. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical when I bought this product but I installed it myself after buying a vacuum for the lines. It works great and I have had it for both cold winter (16F) and hot summer (98F). Worked great for both extremes. I think the price is great. DO NOT INSTALL ON YOUR OWN. Unfortunately a AC installer with charge you over $500 to install. I took a gamble and bought a used vacuum pump for the AC lines and found out it was relatively simple if you have a bit of an ability to work on things. I love that it is 120V and it uses only 17A. I did not have to draw a 220V line. The wireless functionality is super cool and simple to install. I am looking to install another one in a different room in the future. I highly recommend this product.

Super quiet and works perfectly! Tip: Make sure to find an HVAC professional who is familiar with mini-split systems. Even some professionals may not be experienced enough to install it correctly because they don’t know mini-split ACs very well. Our technician vacuumed and installed the unit flawlessly. This unit was very easy to install, with clear instructions. You WILL need to get a professional to pressure test the lines and vacuum the moisture from the system, but once that's taken care of, it works very well. It has features like "sweep", which goes left-right, and up-down. Several fan settings, etc. And it also handles heat for the winter months. Very pleased.

The unit was easy enough to install but do have to get ac coolant charged and lines need air released. The unit doesn't have a setting to automatically shut off and on by itself. The inside unit constantly runs and blows air. While it's not blowing cold air to reach desired temp it does blow warm air. It can get stuffy off and on due to that. Serves the purpose and don't regret buying.
