Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got this on sale and had high hopes for it. It worked well for almost a month and then stopped working and displayed an LC code. Very disappointed. Read other views after starting a return and looks like I'm not the only one.

This is AMAZING and INCREDIBLY EASY to install (basically plug-in ready!) the cooling power was SUPER FAST—in 10 mins my bedroom went from 85 to 79 degrees and it smells really ‘crisp and clean’ —almost like fresh linen. I was VERY skeptical, but now I am mad at myself for waiting so long!! My machine is relatively quiet (not as loud as a fan on high —half as loud as my low setting exhaust fan on my stove. About the same hum as the ‘fluff cycle’ on a newer clothes dryer. Bedroom size is 425 sq ft. with no shade from the sun and for its size this cooler is INSANELY POWERFUL. I HIGHLY recommend for those not wanting to cool the entire house but need the bedroom frosty for a good night sleep! ... show more

    • Regret buying this ac unit
This ac unit is horrible, I’m emptying the water out of it every day as it throws the error E4. Once this error occurs the unit will not run. And 7 times out of 10 water is emptying out of the side of the unit and not the drain where it is supposed to be coming from. I would not recommend this unit.

Works great out of the box. I love that it evaporates the condensation. I hooked up a drain hose and it never drips. So no mold. No bins to empty. It's just perfect. Cold air, keeps up with the 90's+ temps we're experiencing for a space that's about 20x40 feet.

This thing sucks. I don't have large window. I had a 5000 btu it cooled better. Window unit. This thing will not shut off. My room is 85. I'm going to see if I can send it back.This 1200 btu what a joke.
