Unit was working fine for 2 1/2 months. It provided great cooling at heating. The remote operated correctly and somewhat easily but with vague remote instructions on the symbols. *Suddenly the Interior unit suddenly stopped working!* I have 3 of these types of units and haven't had any issues until the interior unit of this one stopped working. When I tried to go directly to the seller to ask questions I was directed via AI chat to Amazon, where I was told this item is not eligible for return or refund. --> I'm not asking for a return or refund. I was just hoping to get a replacement interior unit from them. I have been blocked from any conversation to make this statement. So obviously, at this point, I feel completely abandoned for any customer support to even engage in a conversation. ... show more

Yo recomiendo estos aires. Tienen algunos detalles que debes conocer antes de comprarlos. Por ejemplo, la manguera que traen es muy corta. No pienses que porque el equipo es económico va a venir con una manguera larga. Tampoco te recomiendo cambiarla por una más larga, porque eso puede afectar el funcionamiento del equipo. Mi recomendación principal es que, cuando lo instales, no lo dejes como viene de fábrica. Hazle un buen vacuum antes de ponerlo en funcionamiento. Si haces el vacío correctamente, aprietas bien todas las conexiones y te aseguras de que no tenga ninguna fuga, el equipo puede durar muchos años y trabajar con una eficiencia excelente, comparable con equipos de marcas mucho más reconocidas. También he notado que, como la unidad exterior es de aluminio, si la instalas en un lugar donde entra mucho polvo, hojas o suciedad, tendrás que limpiarla periódicamente. La limpieza es sencilla: desconecta el equipo y enjuaga la unidad exterior con agua de una manguera normal para eliminar la suciedad y mantener un buen flujo de aire. No uses una hidrolavadora ni agua a alta presión, porque puedes doblar las aletas del condensador y dañar el equipo. Si la unidad exterior recibe el sol directamente sobre los ventiladores, perderá algo de eficiencia, pero aun así hace su trabajo correctamente. Por el precio, vale totalmente la pena y la recomiendo al millón por ciento. Solo ten presente que viene con la manguera corta y no incluye todo lo necesario para una instalación completa. Si lo instalas correctamente, le haces su vacuum y le das el mantenimiento básico de limpieza, tendrás un equipo que funciona muy bien y por muchos años. Para mí es un excelente producto. Quizás no sea una marca reconocida, pero hace exactamente lo que tiene que hacer, y eso es lo que realmente importa. ... show more

Works great but did have issues with it freezing up in winter Keeps chill knocked off when outside temp is 30 or below if it’s warmer then 30 outside it keeps cabin warm Requires electrician or HVAC to hook up
