We absolutely love this couch! We wanted the relaxed, oversized look of a Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa without the Restoration Hardware price, and this exceeded our expectations. The color is the perfect beige. It is not too yellow or too gray, and it fits beautifully with just about any décor. It is incredibly comfortable and completely nap worthy. Everyone in our family wants to curl up on it! Another huge bonus is how easy it is to clean. It has held up so well with everyday use and still looks brand new. We have a cat and a black lab. We just keep the pet blankets on it and it’s easy to clean! Give it a solid three days to fluff up before sitting, it looks low to the ground initially but then fully fluffed its great! This couch is absolutely gorgeous and more than I expected. I ordered on a Wednesday. First box was delivered Saturday and second box on Monday. Days before it said it would be delivered so it got here really fast! It was easy to open and the couch expanded really quickly! It is extremely comfortable and when sitting on it it’s hard to tell it boneless. When moving it into the bed position it’s huge. A king sized comforter fits it perfectly. It has a ton of support and doesn’t sink in but it still cozy enough there are no complaints here! It is also easy to move around to different positions. The quality honestly exceeds my expectations for the price. I’ve spent way more on a couch, the one I was desperate to replace because I’ve grown to not be able to stand it. This one is perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Once again, it is absolutely gorgeous Oh! The one thing I will say is this is a cozy let’s lay down and watch movies. If you are into entertaining where your friends come over and you all sit on the couch and mingle, it’s probably not for you. The back is Low and doesn’t offer much back support. I added some large decorative pillows that help but if that’s not your style or function of a couch I wouldn’t recommend. ... show more

We love it! So easy to assemble (literally just open box and poof let it rise). Came in two big boxes but they weren’t to heavy (used dolly to bring in). Super comfortable, plush but sturdy. Has held up it’s same shape since we bought it two months ago. Has been great with animals so far in terms of clean up, just unzip and throw in wash and let air dry. I think for the right person or family, this would be a great couch to have. If you have kids, it would be great to throw into a play room and it's unbreakable. It's a great looking couch, but for our situation it did not meet our needs. It helps if the couch is pushed up against a wall for additional support, but in our situation that wasn't possible and it just didn't offer enough support for us. I think for what you get, it's a great value, it just wasn't the right couch for us. A huge thank you to customer service for working with us to make things right. ... show more

Couch looks nice & fit the space we needed it for, definitely for a more lounge feel. cushions feel comfortable, but back pillow is a little short on the back support, bought extra pillows for added support which helped. Quality overall feels okay, and easy to assemble pieces from the box.

I absolutely love this couch. It came in 2 boxes, and earlier than anticipated. I let it settle for 3 days before steaming out the wrinkles and sitting on it. It’s so comfortable, and the color is perfection. I was also worried about it sliding around as some modular sofas do, but this one stays put where it’s placed.
