We are VERY happy with the finished product. It IS laborious to put together, and requires two people and a couple of ladders. My son and I spent over 24 combined hours on this - though we were meticulously focused on doing it right... The instructions are pretty good, but far from perfect. Some pieces seem to be sized more to fitting into a box size than anything (and your boxes are numbered 1 to 6, so you know right away that you've got the full kit - we found nothing to be missing). Not everything fits 100% perfectly, and there are a few frustrations to overcome... This is very sturdy and attractive when completed. It is a value at this price in our opinion. The fabric for the inner and outer curtains is good quality, the rain system works perfectly, and there is no leaking, and no vibration in the structure during winds that we have so far experienced. My only long term concern is rust, because (for snow loading?) they went steel on the roof while the rest is aluminum. It's near-impossible to install this without bending some of the ends of the roofing pieces, thus cracking the paint. Bottom line though, this thing looks great and functions as advertised!

Let me tell you we first purchased one from ABC Canopy and it was garbage! So much damage due to crappy packing, no directions, and customer service was a nightmare! THEN WE ORDER THIS PURPLE LEAF BEAUTY!!! NIGHT AND DAY !!!! The company contacts you right away to keep track and to be involved on every step. No damage to anything because the packing is so well done! So easy to put together my husband and I did it . Some pictures in the directions could be a bit more descriptive on which way to face them but great overall. So happy with this product and the service !!. HELPFUL HINT!!!! DO MOSQUITO TOP PANELS LAST. MUCH EASIER TO GET THE ROOFING PANELS IN THEN .

The media could not be loaded. The gazebo was very well packaged with heavy duty cardboard and internal protection to prevent bending and scratching. There were individual check sheets in each of the 7 boxes and the instruction manual is pretty good. I suggest watching a YouTube installation video, it is very helpful to get an idea of how the gazebo goes together. There are a lot of fasteners which are packaged in individual bags with a part number so you know where they belong as you assemble the gazebo. There were no damaged or missing parts! Everything fits together relatively easily as long as you carefully follow the instructions. The mosquito net and privacy curtains are heavy duty with large zippers that work smoothly. The most challenging part is getting the first roof channels in place, you need a second person. Once that section was completed I finished the rest of the project myself. The roof panel installation and fastening is a relatively long and tedious process and most of the holes in the channel and roof panels lined up. The only problem I encountered were two rails where the holes were not even close to being aligned with the roof panels so I had to drill out the channel to finish the installation. It was not a big deal. There are cheaper gazebo kits out there but if you read the reviews you will see issues with damaged parts, poor shipping, missing parts and poor customer service. Purple leaf followed up with me twice to make sure everything arrived and to offer help if I had any questions. It’s worth paying more when you’re working on a large project like this. It’s just not worth the frustration to save a few bucks and end up with a sub standard product. I highly recommend Purple Leaf.

Very well-built. Pretty easy to set up. If you can follow instructions, the curtains and screens are super heavy duty. The zippers are heavy duty. My only complaint is the zipper that you zip up and down is the only thing that appears to not to be heavy duty. I hope it lasts. A little disappointed just on that one piece.

We are extremely happy with the quality, the appearance is beautiful, very well built. Impressed with how all parts were labeled to match instruction booklet. Contacted customer service who were incredible, I had a missing part and they were sent to me within one day. It took approximately 12 hours total to complete by myself. Had help one day with roof other than that it was very smooth and I didn’t need extra help. Curtains are now hung and project complete. Very satisfied and happy we finally bought from this company no regrets at all.

It was quite labor intensive to build, with about a million and a half parts. and definitely required more than one person. Also, the instructions for hanging the lights were inscrutable. But we love the result.

I love my new gazebo! It was easy to assemble if you have 2 people doing it. I found the directions easy to follow. It took my grandson and a little help from me, about 10 hours to assemble. It was of very sturdy construction; all the parts were there and clearly labelled; it has a built-in gutter, a blackout curtain to protect from the sun along with a mesh curtain. They hang together so you can use either one independently. I felt this was a better option than ordering a "soft top " every year. I highly recommend!
