The packages came professionally wrapped tightly. Alot of directions to follow especially with only using pictures but if you take it slow and steady I will look just perfect. Cherry was a tremendous help with a missing part. She is an asset to their company. Thanks again.

Looks great And for what it is cost is reasonable. Others have said holes not lining up, my issue was threads poorly cut making impossible to get special screw in place - one corner only had 3 vs 4 screws due to this. Also many slight dented pieces just enough to be annoying.

Item was missing multiple pieces, the labeling is confusing, there were multiple dents in the metal, a few holes had no threads, it was an absolute nightmare to return. I would not buy this again

Not as tall as I imagined. Each joining beam leaks in the middle where they join. That's probably ok for the outside beams. I'm mostly concerned about the leak at the joining beams in the center. The joining beams are not a tight fit and has a gap. This allows too much rain to seep through even during a light rain. My plan was to put up a ceiling light but I'm afraid of the leak in that area. I get leaks on another side underneath the pergola although it's fully closed. I don't plan to sit under it during the rain. I was hoping the furniture could stay nearly dry. I'm afraid to see what happens during a heavy rain. Pergola louvers had multiple dents. One side of my mosquito netting is too small making it impossible to close without ripping. Overall, it looks ok but I'm dissatisfied with the imperfections and end results.

I have been looking at multiple websites in search of a pergola that would fit right under the gutter and the right size for our deck. The 12’ x 16’ with nettings and curtains is the perfect fit. A lot of thoughts have been put into the design and installation is easy. It does take longer the first-time round. One of the boxes was damaged and we were able to obtain a replacement in a timely manner. It is very well built. It is light enough for my husband and I to assembly it but heavy enough that we do not need to anchor it down since we have it up against the house. The nettings and curtains came in all zipped up and it was a mistake to unzipped them before hanging not realizing they are not of the same lengths. One end is longer to accomodate the center which is a little bit higher so rainwater will flow to the corners. We are happy with our purchase, and customer service is top notch.
