I assembled the gazebo in four days. I had help to install four beams and upright the columns. I had four friends assisting in final roof assembly. Awesome looking structure I like the fact that besides the clear instruction manual, there are several YouTube videos you can watch to share great assembly tips that will save time and effort. One was the use of 8' (2x4) to use to hold the roof panels in place nd remove the burden from a person. You will still need four or five helpers on the final roof placement for the 12x16 gazebo. The roof is massive but it all does come together rather nicely. We used the gazebo for our paver patio, let me tell you it does look awesome in the end.
