Overall, A+ for the clarity of the directions, the ease of installation, and the finished look. We are very happy with the gazebo which we installed around an existing screenhouse on our seasonal RV. The obvious thought that went into its design and the instructions is impressive. There were a couple places where the instructions could be slightly improved, and we had one issue where we changed a piece to make it work. We installed this over three days, in about 15 hours total, with two people, one of whom can’t climb a ladder. You do not need to (and in fact you shouldn’t) get on the roof to install any part of this gazebo. It was all done from “inside”. We used a 13mm ratchet for the roof, and a 24” extender rod so that the person on the ground could hold the nuts in place. We also used an Allen wrench with a handle for comfort. No power tools except for the screws into the footings. It would go much faster with two people and two ladders, but it’s amazingly doable without that. The quality is excellent, and the finished gazebo is solid and stable even without being attached to our RV. Here are our notes on the installation, which will only make sense if you have the manual in front of you. These are all minor notes that just make it a little easier. On page 2 when attaching R1 to A1/A2, put the screws in loosely because later on they have to be removed in order to have clearance to put in the screws on the other side of R1. On page 6 R3/R4 should be loosely attached to A7 to make it easier to attach A7 to B1/B2 on page 39. On page 41, it’s easier attach the A5/A6 ends with one screw before doing the B1/B2 attachments On page 43 highlight the attached arms (P1) will face outside (away from the rest of the gazebo) when I1/I2 is put in place. ALSO, when installing this beam, put one screw in on one side to hold it in place and then do the other side before putting the additional screws in the first side. Page 44 is where we checked for level and square before going further. On pages 60 and 61, the most difficult step is sliding the Y1 being installed over the existing Y1. This is particularly true for the last row of roof panels on page 61. We solved this problem by trimming edge that folds over, about 1/2” in from the side and about 4 inches down on the bottom to allow it to slide over the previous part from a perpendicular orientation. Trimming that excess metal from the side of Y1 does not seem to affect weatherproofing or stability but improves ease of installation.

Overall great product however over the course of 2 days to install it was about 12 hours in labor. There is 98 pages of instructions so have plenty of time to do it on a weekend with 4 or so people involved. After assembled you may want some waterproof silicone in some places because not everywhere holds up to the rain and has some leaks but its not a huge issue. Power tools is a must because if you use what they give you it will take even longer. It is sturdy once finished and can even be mounted to your house. If you are thinking about buying this I would again for the value but just know its time consuming but overall worth it!

Super important! Make sure the parts of the concrete/pavers/ground where the walls will come up are flat and level. It will affect how aligned the holes are when screwing in the bolts for the wall panels. The work around if they are not too misaligned is to insert the bolts up to the angle that it will allow you to, then using the power screwdriver, nudging/forcing the bolt to straighten out as you are driving it in. This will require increasing the torque of the power screwdriver close to the torque needed for drilling. When inserting the PC (polycarbonate ) sheets, make sure to loosen the bolts along the edges of the slats to make it easier to do so. Use a level to ensure that the 4 corner posts/columns are vertically straight, again not doing so will present challenges in hole alignment when installing the wall panels. Same workaround as previously suggested. Columns and beams are a 2-man job, after that, one person can complete the rest. It feels sturdy overall. I also like that the PC panels can be detached/re-attached, gives a lot of flexibility in terms of privacy and letting air/wind into the gazebo. I agree with the other comments, great value for money (especially on Prime Day when we got it for 30% less!)

Extended deck and added enclosure wow amazing look. Great for privacy when using as an extra family room or outdoor dining area or a fancy greenhouse. Best investment. Saved myself $14,000 on a quote for a build out.
