First time using and it is making a clicking noise. It bogs down while shredding 2 pieces of paper. The unit gets hot to the touch while plugged in and in the off position. While in use it gets very hot. Was not able to load paper on one side and after examining the feeder slot there was some kind of hard plastic. I will be returning for a refund.
