This is a terrific small TV. With a replacement antenna (supplied one weak) we get all the stations; full HD resolution and even a plug (one) for HDMI input like CD or streaming. So far so good. I purchased this for work because of some bad weather predicted and I can listen to the TV instead of checking my phone. And the tv will have live coverage if the weather gets bad. The picture is great. Just what I was looking for.

    • not a bad camping tv on 12v power!
works. i set mine up with a RCA 35 miles flat antenna. it picked up 60 channels and my antenna was just sitting on my bed in my room nowhere near the window! the sound is ok. not the worst. its watchable. remote works and has a 6 volt setting for the antenna which I makes your picture way better but it heats up the antenna in connection on the TV so I turn it off. You should only toggle on the 6 volt feature when camping or when the picture is really struggling. its not good to use all the time being a 12v tv so youll feel it getting hot at the connector. The side picture is good. theres minimal backlight bleeding. picture looks good. Overall it is a decent and easy to use 12v tv. ... show more

    • There's no way to turn off annoying narration if the station is broadcasting it.
It appears the ATSC standard has changed since the tuner for this TV was designed, and the tuner does not internally distinguish between audio narration and regular audio or provide any way to turn off the narrator. This means that when TV stations in my area rolled out audio narration, the TV set suddenly started describing every darn thing that shows up on the screen on some of the channels and there's no way to turn that off. ... show more
