Bought my 1st pair September 14, 2023I'm size 11, bought size 11 and a perfect fit. They have a slight firm new shoe feel but will break in quick and very comfortable. Durable Inner Sole (this is the first outdoor shoe that I didn't have to replace the inner sole) = I have an outdoor job with a lot of walking on trails. river banks, large gravel, concrete pavement, uphills and this boot is holding up really well for 7 months and still going. The lacing system is well made. This boot is waterproof and my feet and socks have never been wet while working with water hoses. Water did not come in from the shoe tongue located under the laces. It also kept my feet dry in shallow water. To my surprise they dry fast. They are lightweight for me. Last but not least the heel counter is great. I've learned a well designed heel counter provides stability to the foot. This heel counter is firm and connected to the outer sole. I've paid a lot more for outdoor boots and gave them away because they were uncomfortable, came apart and many were too heavy. Great price for quality, comfort and design. I ordered another pair and will continue to buy more just in case they're discontinued or a change in design. Good delivery from the seller. ... show more

The size fit perfectly too, I have flat feet but these fit just as perfect as my shoes and whatever your shoe size is that’s the size you should order them, you don’t need to go a size up with these boots. ... show more

    • Great boot with one potential issue

They are indeed waterproof. Wore them hiking and snowplowing in inches deep icewater and slush. No leaks. Kept my feet warm and dry. I only have one complaint where I took off a star. If you leave these even the slightest bit loose, the tongue really hurts your shin. I even tried tightening them up as much as a could but the way the tongue of the boot folds under the laces, it causes pressure and ends up hurting you, even after short amounts of use. So, I'm not sure I would wear these on long hikes, which is what I bought them for. I'll keep tweaking the laces and see if I can figure out what's going wrong with the tongue, and if I solve it, I'll update my review. I just can't give them 5 stars like this. I might have been too generous with 4 stars. With the pain they cause, 2-3 stars would have been more appropriate. ... show more

I was very wary about these boots but needed a new pair of winter hiking boots after the lace loops on my 1 year old pair of Columbia boots broke making them effectively unusable after only 1 winter season. I could tell immediately that these lace loops will hold up much better. Given it being the holidays, I needed something affordable that would hopefully hold up to frigid winter hiking in NH. I had my doubts but after using these a few times, I’m thoroughly impressed!! These are way warmer than my more expensive ones I had last year, in fact these might be too warm!! I bought them a half a size larger in order to put two pairs of socks on. I’ve quickly realized that I do not need two pairs of socks in these boots as my feet have been drenched in sweat the two times I’ve used them in about 10-15 degrees, in unbroken snow and even colder wind chills. The wide toe box feels great and helps to keep my toes from getting crushed on a steep descent. I’m going to switch to a single pair of socks and see how they feel but so far I am pleasantly surprised by their ability to keep your feet dry, warm and comfortable!! ... show more

I waited close to a year to review these. Im a land surveyor and theyre still my main work boots, they were affordable and are very rugged and have good grip on terrain. They're budget boots you wont feel bad about getting dirty. They're lightweight, look pretty sick from the side, and are very functional with not a bad comfort level. A little fat around the ankle but comfy. They kinda rubbed the nail of my toe raw at first but not bad after breaking them in. They passed the surveyor test through thick and thin, they continue to serve their purpose reliably. ... show more

    • Nice but pinches toes!

Warm and durable, however so far (20 uses in or so) I’m finding that it pinches my pinky toes when the top flexes. For it happens as I’m putting weight on the ball of my foot as soon as I start to lift my heel.
